Sting X Reader

                         *3rd person POV*

" For the last time Sting, NO!!." You shouted.

"Come on please y/n. I promise it won't be as bad as you think it will." He begged.

You see, Sting has been coming to the guild almost everyday just to ask you out. It was kind of annoying but at the the same time, although you would never admit it, you enjoyed his company. You thought it was sweet how he was trying so hard for you, and that he kept coming back, even though you kept turning him down. It showed how much he really cared. You would never tell him that though because to be honest, it was kinda fun to play hard to get.

"No Sting."

"I WILL MAKE YOU LOVE ME Y\N L\N" He yelled and ran out of the guild.

You smiled and laughed to yourself before going over to the bar.

"Hello y/n." Mira said.

"Hey Mira."

"He really is persistent isn't he?"

You chuckled. "Ya he is."

"Its obvious that you like him back, so why not just say yes already?"

"Because this is more fun, and I want to see how far he will go to get me, and what he will do."

'"Ah I see, so its kind of like a test?"

"Exactly"

"You never change y/n"

You smiled. "Now we just have to wait and see of he passes."

She nodded.

Unknowingly to you, a certain white dragon slayer was leaning against the doorway smiling, while listing to everything.

                                 *Stings POV*

"Just you wait y/n, I will win your heart and pass this little test you planned."  I thought, and smiled knowing now that she liked me back.

*Time Skip*

*Still Sting's POV*

"Ok, I think that's everything." I thought as I looked around the Fairy Tail guild hall.

"Thanks for helping me guys." I said. Not only were the Fairies helping, but most of my guild was there too.

"You're welcome Sting. Y/n is like a daughter to me and all I want is for her to be happy. As of the rest of us do as well. Right?" Macrov said.

Everyone smiled and nodded.

"And I think she would be most happy with you Sting." Mira said.

I blushed a little but smiled. "Thanks."

I could smell her coming.

"She's coming!!!" I yelled.

Rouge put a hand on my shoulder. "Relax Sting. You already know that she likes you, so just calm down and do it."

"Thanks Rouge."

He nodded and went back over to wherever he was before.

Then the doors opened.

*Y/n's POV*

I was walking to the guild like I normally do bit couldn't help but feel as if today as going to be different, in a good way through. As I walked in there were streamers everywhere, and a sign that said "WILL YOU GO OUT WITH ME NOW Y\N?" I gasped and jumped when I felt arms wrap around my waist.

"So, will you" An all to familiar voice said in my ear. I spun around to see Sting looking at me with love and affection in his eyes.

I smiled and nodded.

"YES!!! FINALLY SHE SAID YES!!!!!! He cheered. I laughed while the guild joined in on the cheering.

"Guess I passed your little test huh?"

I giggled. "Ya you did. WAIT A MINUTE HOW DID YOU KNOW!!??"

He smirked. "You need to learn how to be more observant."

"Shut up Sting" I said.

He just laughed and kissed me.

As much fun as it was to do play hard to get, this was so much better.
