Nicole
-"Hunter! Jacob! Breakfast is ready!" I yelled and cleaned my hands on my pajamas. I grabbed the plates, one in each hand, and set them down on the table along side the glasses of milk. My two brothers came running down the stairs, one of them with their action figure in his hand and the other with his phone in his hand. I threw all of the dirty dishes in the sink and quickly put my hair up, trying to air out the beads of sweat on my head.
"I want pancakes!" My five year old brother, Hunter, yelled and threw his glass of milk on the floor. I groaned and began to pick up the shards of glass, only to cut my hand.
"Crap." I hissed and quickly grabbed a towel.
"I'm sorry Hermana." I heard Hunter say and I could see the tears in his eyes. I quickly wrapped my hand and placed a towel on the floor to soak up the milk.
"No no it's fine, I'm fine." I smiled and kissed his forehead. "Jacob can you please walk your brother to school, I'm barely going to be able to make it to school."
"Ugh why? You have a car!" My thirteen year old brother whined.
"Jacob please, I haven't got any sleep, I worked the night shift last night and I barely got home an hour ago."
"Fine, but you owe me."
"Whatever, I have to go get ready, finish your breakfast and you guys should be gone by the time I finish changing." I said and quickly walked to my room. I walked into my bathroom, threw the bloody rag in the sink, and ran my hand under water, making the blood go into the sink. Once it dried off, I stuck a bandaid on and tried my best to look decent today. I put on my black jeans, a black v-neck, a blue plaid flannel, and my black slip on vans. I grabbed my bag, stuffing every paper and notebook I had, and grabbed my car keys.
"Nicole we're leaving!" Jacob yelled before I heard the front door close. I looked in the mirror one more time and decided to put my hair down. My hair is a dark brown color that reached up to my shoulders and was naturally straight. I never had to worry about my hair or makeup because I never had time for either of them and I wish I did because I had bags under my eyes and slight acne scars scattered across my face. I closed my bedroom door behind me and made my way to the kitchen, where I saw the dirty dishes left on the table.
"Shit." I said and rolled my eyes. I looked at my phone and it was already 7:49 and I got into school at 8. I left the apartment and ran down the stairs from the sixth floor. When I finally reached the parking garage, I opened my beaten up red Cherokee and threw my bag on the seat next to me. I started the engine and before I knew it I was out of there.

I have five minutes until the bell rings and I struggled to get all of my things together. Finally, I grabbed my backpack and I booked it to my first class. With one minute to spear I made it to my first class and sat in my seat in the back. I put down everything and fixed myself up a bit. I could feel all eyes on me and I could hear the slight whispers once in a while."Look it's her." I heard someone in front of me.
"I heard she gave Anthony a blow job for ten bucks." A girl snickered.
"Yeah someone told me about that, they also told me that she's dealing drugs." The other girl answered. I rolled my eyes and put my head down, just waiting for this day to already be over. Suddenly the bell rang and I heard the classroom door open.
"Good morning class!"
Let the day begin.

Today we thankfully got out at 1:35 so that gave me time to go grocery shopping and make some dinner for my brothers before I had to go to work. I got to my car and started the engine, heading out to Target.
