This morning we all woke up late, missing breakfast at eleven and heading straight to lunch. Shawn took us to a small Italian restaurant down the street from the hotel where we all ate together before we had to leave. It was nice, all four of us being together. After lunch we walked back to the hotel where I helped my brothers quickly pack their bags seeing as our flight was in two hours. I gathered all of my things and threw them into my bag while my brothers put on comfortable clothes for the flight. After everything was packed I went into Shawn's room to change into the clothes I wore yesterday on the flight.

"Do you have to leave?" Shawn groaned and I chuckled.

"You'll see me soon, don't worry." I said and put on Shawn's hoodie. He was laying on the bed and I climbed on top of him, resting my body on his as he chuckled and I wrapped my arms around him.

"You really like my hoodie don't you?" He placed his hands on my waist and rubbed them up and down my torso.

"It's comfy." I looked up at him and kissed his chin as well as his neck before resting my head on his chest. "And it smells like you."

"I'm going to miss you."

"Oh come on Mendes, don't get all sappy on me now."

"Hey, I have a right to." He said and I giggled.

"You need to call me if anything happens while I'm gone, I mean it." He looked down at me and I stared at the bathroom door, not wanting to look at him and not wanting to think about the news that awaits me once I got home.

"You make it sound like you're going to war hun." I joked and furrowed my eyebrows.

"I'm going on tour soon, it's starting to hit me."

"Don't let it, just because you'll be away doesn't mean I won't be with you in spirit." I sighed. "Now come on, I have a flight to catch."

"Okay." He nodded and I pulled him up from the bed, grabbing my dirty clothes before going into the other room to stuff it in my bag. Shawn helped us with everything and we made sure we weren't forgetting anything before walking out of the hotel room. We finally walked out, making our way downstairs to the car that was waiting for us to take us to the airport. Shawn loaded everything in the back while my brothers sat down in the two front seats. Shawn and I sat in the seats behind them, buckling our seat belts and finally making our way over to LAX.

I rested my head on Shawn's shoulder, seeing as the car ride was going to take a bit, and he held my hand in his. We talked about the little things, how he was for sure going to be at my graduation, how I might go to some of his concerts during this summer, and even plans for spring break. They all seemed so far away, but they seemed possible, with him.

The car ride felt as if it was short and bittersweet since we were so busy talking to each other. We finally made it to the terminal where Shawn helped us with our bags, setting them down next to us with a melancholic look on his face.

"This is it Mendes." I sighed.

"I'll see you soon, I promise." He smiled ever so slightly and cupped my cheeks with his hands, kissing me passionately, not wanting to stop. I laughed, pushing myself back and giving him a hug. We let go of each other and he said goodbye to my brothers, hugging them tightly. I grabbed my bag while Jacob grabbed his and we walked inside, waving back at Shawn. He got back in the car as we walked over to get our boarding ticket and later walked upstairs to TSA.

Luckily for us there wasn't a long line and we breezed right through, walking toward our gate and waiting until they called our flight. I was texting Shawn the whole time, updating him on our flight and how I was feeling. Although I was telling him I felt fine I couldn't help but also feel uneasy. I had a feeling something was going to happen once we got to the hospital to see Doctor Greene. I tried my best to keep calm, hoping and praying only for the best.
