Brandon POV
I looked at the money building in a shoe box in the back of my closet. It made me sick every time I looked at it. I knew I couldn't keep this up forever but I didn't know how to get out of it now. My phone went off, I pulled it out of my pocket to check it. It was Callie calling again, I hit ignore. It wasn't that I didn't want to be with her anymore, I was just frustrated right now and needed some space.
Callie POV
Callie- hey Brandon.. its me again, I know your probably still mad but.. can we just talk about this please. Just call me back or come over, we really need to talk
I hung up the phone then headed out to the store. I walked down the aisle and started picking up groceries. I grabbed a box of cereal off the shelf and spun around quickly. I wasn't paying attention and ran into someone, we both ended up with our groceries on the ground.
Callie- I'm so sorry
I knelt to the ground and started picking things up, that when I realized who I had bumped into.
Callie- Talya?
Talya- we meet again
Callie- here
I handed her the things that fell on the ground and stood back up.
Talya- your back
Callie- yeah
Talya- I didn't know, I haven't seen you around school so..
Callie- I don't go to that school anymore
Talya- but your still living with Stef and Lena?
Callie- no.. I actually got my own apartment
Talya- oh.. that's.. convenient
Callie- yeah well I have to go
I turned to leave when her voice called me back.
Talya- seen Brandon lately!
Callie- what?
Talya- well I just assumed that's why your not living with his family anymore, right?
Callie- that's really none of your..
Talya- because if your hooking up with my boyfriend..
Callie- Brandon's not your boyfriend anymore, he's my..
Talya- you don't have to say it I already knew you were together.. even before today
Callie- how would you know that?
Talya- Brandon
Callie- he said that?
Talya- he didn't have to say anything, I knew.. because he wasn't happy then all of a sudden he was, I'm pretty sure that change didn't come from anything else
Talya turned to leave.
Callie- wait! Talya.. your not gonna say anything, are you? your not gonna spread this around school or anything
Talya- what is wrong with you! you have an amazing boyfriend who adores you, treats you like a princess.. and you don't want anyone to know, now that's messed up. You don't deserve to be with someone like Brandon.
