Callie POV
I sat in the doctors office, waiting on my lab results. I was kind of nervous and excited at the thought of another baby. Brandon seemed happy about it and as long as he was excited so was I. The doctor came in.
Callie- so.. did you get the results?
Doctor- yes..
Callie- is everything okay?
Doctor- seems to be but Callie.. your not pregnant
Callie- what? but I've been having morning sickness and dizzy spells..
Doctor- I understand..
Callie- whats wrong with me then?
Doctor- I'm not sure, it may be nothing but I want to run some further tests on your blood work to make sure
Brandon POV
I sat on the living room floor playing with Colleen. We were waiting for Callie to get home from the doctors. I heard the car door slam and knew she was home.
Brandon- sounds like mommy is home
Callie came in the door, looking a little upset.
Brandon- hey
Callie- hey.. miss me
Callie came over and sat down with us on the rug, picking Colleen up and sitting her on her lap. I could tell something was wrong.
Brandon- how was your appointment?
Callie- it didn't go as I planned..
Brandon- what do you mean? is everything okay with the baby?
Callie- there is no baby.. I'm not pregnant
Brandon- but you said you were having morning sickness and..
Callie- I was wrong.. I'm sorry Brandon, I should have never said anything with out being sure first..
Brandon- its okay.. I was actually thinking maybe having another baby would be too much for us right now..
Callie- you don't have to do that
Brandon- do what?
Callie- try and make me feel better, I know you were looking forward to having another baby
Brandon- wait.. so if your not pregnant, why have you been sick lately?
Callie- I don't know
