When I got home later that day, i immediately let my hair down. "You should really wear your hair down more." Nadia commented.

"I would, but its always in my way." I huffed. I leaned over effectively getting my hair to go up before forcing all of it to the top of my head to get it into a very, very messy bun. Some curls hung down in face and on the sides but I didn't really mind.

"Stuffed peppers for dinner." I told her. "Okay."

I made my way into the kitchen and washed my hands before getting out all that I need. As I was cutting up some ingredients the sound of an incoming email alerted me. I paused for a second and peered over at my phone. Much to my surprise it was the people emailing back about the job. I wasn't expecting them to have gotten my application that quickly I just sent it.

I rinsed my hands off and quickly dried them so I could look at the email. I skimmed through it quickly and a smile broke out onto my face as I reached the end. It was the management for the PA job asking if I'd be available for an interview. I quickly emailed them back telling them I would and added my availability.

I was super excited to earn some of my work study money and to have extra money in my pocket. I was pretty much living off of my grants and scholarships, so the opportunity to have more money was absolutely one i was excited to take. I was emailed back the day and time of my interview minutes later and finished cooking with a dopey smile on my face.

The next day, I was rather tired but i forced myself to get outside anyway. Midterms were coming up so I need to study and I have hella homework. If I didn't manage to get on campus none if that would've gotten done.

My classes went by rather quickly and now I'm on my way to meet Mason for lunch. I got to the student center rather quickly but I was only a block away so it wasn't really surprising. I sat down at one of the tables and let Mason know I was here.

Right after I sent the message he was coming outside. He looked right and then left before he spotted me. A smile spread onto his face and he approached me while stuffing his hands into his pockets. "Hey, Genesis."

"Hey! Where are we eating at?" I asked. "Right to the point, Love that." He chuckled. "Sorry Im hungry."

"I was thinking Trillium or Agava."

"What's Agava?" I questioned. "You've never been to Agava?" He asked with an expression of shock. I shook my head no and he nodded. "Well It's settled then. It's This nice restaurant, they have burgers, tacos, and all kinds if other stuff."

"Okay, is it far?"

"Nope, I can drive us there." He offered. "I thought freshman couldn't have a car on campus." I said as I squinted my eyes at him.

"Oh they can't. I brought mine anyway."

I fought the urge to laugh and shook my head. "Alright let's go."

It took like twenty minutes to get to the restaurant and Mason looked go be more excited than me. "And they say chivalry is dead." I retorted when he opened the door and stepped in first. He held it open for me to step in after him though.

"Oh you know, I'm just a gentleman." He giggled. I rolled my eyes and shook my head. He reminded me of my younger brother it was ridiculous.
