Chapter 18 : Surprises

"Where are we going again?"

Caleb thought he had heard Jia Xue wrong.

"The wuguan.." Jia Xue smiled. Caleb looked surprised.

"I think I had told you about how I'm really good with my hands?"

Caleb frowned, as he muttered "you are really good with your hands.." just not in the way Jia Xue meant. Caleb is thinking about another type of handjob.

"A wuguan?" Caleb was still confused though.

"I haven't been there much since I started working in your facility.." Jia Xue said.

He was only able to visit the Wuguan where he'd spent most of his childhood time in, twice since he began working in Beijing.

The last time Jia Xue went there was three month ago. A month before he and Jia Xue got together.

The first time Jia Xue went to the Wuguan without his spectacles or baggy clothings, his fellow trainers who used to be his masters, gaped at him, with their jaws wide open.

He came dressed in a plain white tee and a pair of black trousers.

When he arrived, the whole of the Wuguan flipped. And as his fellow trainers gaped up at him, everybody else took a double or triple look at him. And swooned over his good looks.

Everybody saw him for real, for the first time in their lives. They've known him since he's a child. But they never knew he looked like this. They couldn't believe that he could've fooled them for so long.

Jia Xue is tall. Leanly built. His facial features can only be described as 'to die for'. And to think that he could have hide those features away for years. He became an instant hit. The story about a trainer at the Jiangnan Wuguan who was so good looking travel fast.

And then application from people to get into their Wuguan began flooding in, even some kids from the neighbouring town came to register with their Jiangnan Wuguan.

Unfortunately Jia Xue could not come as often as he used to because he's now working some 2000 and more kilometres away in Beijing.

And Jia Xue being the man that he is, with the kind of thinking that he has, didn't think much of how he'd influenced people to come to their Wuguan. He's just thankful that they did.

And today, Jia Xue brought Caleb with him to the Wuguan.

And just as Caleb had caused such a commotion the day he came to the Wuguan looking like a prince, it's the same today.

Only today, the commotion was much bigger because Jia Xue came with another man, who looked just as good looking as he is but taller and more mature and much more powerful looking.

The people at the Wuguan couldn't believe their eyes. Having one very good looking guy with them was already unbelievable. And now, they have two? This is too much.

"May I know, who's this young man you brought today, Jia Xue?" Master Bao, the owner of the Wuguan asked politely, when Jia Xue and Caleb sat with him, to have their greeting tea.

Everytime Jia Xue came he would always greet Master Bath first. He's not only the owner but also his master.

Jia Xue was Master Bao's last apprentice. He had stopped taking in students after Jia Xue finished his training.

And Master Bao, upon hearing that Jia Xue had brought someone with him, knew that this is not normal behaviour for Jia Xue.

Jia Xue, was honest, kind and innocent but he was never friendly or warm towards people. It's not that he is cold either; Jia Xue is just not looking for human interaction or human connection.
