"They're engaged?" Andy whispered, asking Mr Hwang again.
"Yes." Mr Hwang nodded, as he arranged the documents, on the table. They'd just had their weekly meeting, and everybody couldn't help but notice the gleaming diamond studded platinum ring on Jia Xue's finger.
"Jia Xue told you?" Andy asked feeling left out, "if Jia Xue's going to tell people he should have told everyone. Not just you." He mumbled.
"He did not decide to tell me anything." Mr Hwang gave Andy and the rest of the guys a reprimanding look. "You all knew that our Jia Xue is not true type to talk about these things... if you really want to know, you should have just ask him. Like I did."
The rest of the team gave me Hwang their guilty look. Yes, they knew that Jia Xue never talked about his private life. The only time that they saw Jia Xue talked on that particular subject was when Jia Xue introduced them to his lover, who was their president.
"So." Jin butted in, "when's the wedding? Did he tell?" He asked excitedly.
"Their family just met last Saturday, and the discussion is still ongoing." Mr Hwang answered, "that's all I can tell you boys. If you want to know more, ask Jia Xue yourself. I'm not your paparazzi." The assistant lead researcher, said in a final choice as he walked out of the room.
The rest of the guys really wanted to know exactly what's going on but they couldn't seem to be able to bring themselves to ask about things like that when they faced Jia Xue.
Jia Xue, is one of those people who's presence demanded you to take attention. He is full of charisma. And to ask about things so personal, the guys just couldn't do it.
Jia Xue might be younger than them but his powerful presence is no joke. Maybe older people like mr. Hwang is immune to it, but the younger ones couldn't help but being awed by his Xue everytime.
President Caleb Wang, heir to the Wang family empire, is rich and powerful and it would be so hard for just anybody to match his aura. But Yin Jia Xue matched him perfectly; in fact maybe Jia Xue even surpassed president Caleb a little. Sometimes Jia Xue seemed so perfect, it's almost non human like.
"I bet it's the president who's pushing for marriage..." Eron said, as Mr Hwang, exit the meeting room.
"Me too..." Jin vouched, "I don't see Jia Xue talking about marriage..."
The guys thought about it, as they fell silent trying to imagine Jia Xue asking Caleb to get married. And they shuddered at the thought.
No. Jia Xue would never do something like that. Their perfect lead researcher would never be affected by something that's based on human emotion.
"Yup!" Andy nodded, "it's definitely the president who's in hurry to marry our Jia Xue."
"Our team leader is a God. He would never feel such primal animal urge." Jin nodded, the president with his jealous and possessive nature when it comes to Jia Xue's, is the one swift the obvious primal animal urges to bind Jia Xue to him.
