"Is that you, Caleb.."

Caleb's eyes narrowed when he heard the voice and he slowly lift up his head, to look at the person standing next to their table.

Jia Xue too, looked up, and saw a woman standing there.

A tall, fair and very good looking woman. With one look, Jia Xue knew that the woman is Caleb's kin.

"Auntie Fen.." Caleb rarely called the woman that, and it felt really really awkward.

"Why, hello..And who might this be..?"

Upon hearing that, Jia Xue stood up and bowed down politely, "hello...I'm Yin Jia Xue.."

The woman smiled, as she extended her hand to Jia Xue, "Guan Fen..Caleb's aunt.."

Jia Xue took the woman's hand, as he bowed down again.

"Wou...A ring.." she commented, still smiling looking at the ring on Jia Xue's finger; an unmistakable diamond studded engagement ring.

Caleb stood up then, "Yes..We're engaged.." it's no secret that Caleb Wang is in a serious and committed relationship with another man. Though there was no official press conference done so far, yet, news about it had been travelling fast for months now.

"Aww..." the woman looked at Jia Xue, "that's so sweet..I didn't know that you're into men though..." she smiled sweetly at Caleb.

"Well..you don't know many things auntie Fen..You haven't talked to me in twenty years..." Caleb smiled, with equal sweetness at the woman.

The woman's sweet smile dropped a little bit. Then, she turned towards Jia Xue again, "you're such a good looking and refined man..you must be from noble family too..."

"Actually, no, ma'am." Jia Xue smiled, "I'm from a normal family, from a small town village.."

The woman eyed Jia Xue, from head to toe, "Hmmm....really..." she glanced at Caleb, "and the family accepted this, huh..?"

"Yes." Caleb answered, simply, not offering any other explanation. He knew that this woman, who's his aunt by blood but a mere stranger in real life now, was not here because it was a coincidence.
