Finally, after a year, they had their first breakthrough. All of the test groups showed consistent improvement for two months straight now.
Everything was improving. Their tolerant to minor illnesses like flu and cough, headache and fever, became stronger.
Their bodies were able to recover after each chemotherapy session much more quicker with less side effects like muscle pain and vomiting.
All of the test groups' blood and tissue samples were promising which showed that their cancerous cells were getting smaller the good cells were getting stronger.
If this goes on for another four month, they could finally patent the medicine.
"You look happy.." Caleb saw Jia Xue smiled as he finally closed his laptop.
