Jia Xue put Andy in charge of supervising the test group members warded in the Beijing United Family hospital, whilst Eron was put in charge with the test group members warded in Peking Union hospital.
The rest of the team, lead by Mr Hwang went back to the facility, to recheck all their experiments data and tests results.
They had to make sure that there hadn't been any miscalculation or misinterpretation of data and test results on their part.
Jia Xue and Caleb decided to pay a visit to the cake house that the test members who had been hospitalized, told them, they bought the cake from.
"Jia Xue ah..Don't worry too much, love.." Caleb finally spoke after some minutes of silence passed in the car, as Caleb drove them to the cake house.
Jia Xue breathed in deeply, only in front of Caleb, could he show a little of his emotion, "I really hoped that we hadn't made any miscalculation or misinterpretation of data to cause this." Jia Xue looked at Caleb, and there's a clear worry in his hazel eyes now.
"Jia Xue ah..No miscalculation or misinterpretation of data could cause people to overdose. Those drugs, must be ingested, either by consumption or intravenously, to be traced in their system, right?" Caleb raised an eyebrow at Jia Xue.
Jia Xue nodded, "yes.." but still, they would need to recheck everything starting from the very beginning; to make sure that they had got everything correctly.
"What is your gut instinct telling you, truly?" Caleb asked.
"That we had been sabotaged.." Jia Xue agreed, "but who could have done such a thing?"
Jia Xue had been a researcher for years and though the world of medical research was very competitive as researchers of different companies compete to produce medicines and then earn the right to manufacture them, Jia Xue had never been in a situation where the research he's involved with was being sabotaged.
"Maybe some of my Rival companies..?" Caleb answered.
"You don't sound so surprised.." Jia Xue looked at Caleb.
