It was a very beautiful morning on the tenth of March.
Caleb was standing on the altar waiting for his beloved Jia Xue; wearing a pair of custom made black silk tuxedo jacket and trousers with white satin shirt and black bow tie. To everybody in the room, he stood there like a symbol of perfection but only God knows how he was feeling inside his heart at this moment. The nerves, the hammering heartbeat; his palms are sweating even in the full air-conditioned hall.
Caleb's eyes kept looking at the hall door, willing it to open soon. He didn't know just how long he could hold his feelings in. Caleb had been going crazy, waiting. His patience, which was non existence before he met Jia Xue, was now been stretched to the very limit, that even if it's Jia Xue, he might not be able to tolerate the waiting much longer.
"Ya.. Caleb.. Why the long face? You're getting married, man!" Li Ming, one of his best man, nudged him.
Caleb glared Li Ming, but stopped himself from retorting. As his friend had said, it's his wedding day; he would try to tolerate everything today.
"Wou! You looked like you're being forced to marry at gun point, Caleb! Cheer up a bit!" Seeing that Caleb seemed a little tamed, Guo Li decided to tease him too. And Da Shin laughed too as he pictured Caleb being forced at gun point; when it's actually the other way around. Caleb would willingly pithy point a gun at someone to get this marriage underway.
