Perfect Prt. 2

<Leo's POV>

"(Y/N)! Breakfast is ready!" I said as I opened the door to her room. (Y/N) smiled at me and I placed the tray of food on the side. I helped her sit down on her bed and placed the tray on her lap.

I prepared her a bowl of oatmeal since she can't swallow some big particles of food due to her throat damage. I scooped a spoon of oat with milk and blew it to make it cool.

"Open up, say ahhh." (Y/N) opened her mouth and ate.

"How do you feel?" I asked.

"So... better..." (Y/N) answered. She's still unable to speak loudly. I noticed some inprovements from her. She even finished her bowl of oatmeal today.

"Can... I... see... them.... outside?" her question made my heart jumped in joy. Finally, she have the courage to go outside her room. This may help her to recover.

"Sure." I said as I carried her bridal style and helped her sit down on the wheelchair Donnie made for her.

Now, I have a feeling that (Y/N) is going to be okay. Everything will be okay. I remember the night before that 'nightmare' happened. The little moment I treasure...

<Flashback>
Before the 'nightmare' happened...

"(Y/N). Are you done?"

"Yep! I'm going in." (Y/N) replied and she entered the dojo. I was astonished by the sight. She wears a blue night gown with sapphire earrings and blue 3-inched heels that perfectly suits her. She is so beautiful and I can't keep my eyes off of her.

"How do I look?" she asked as she turned around gracefully.

"So perfect." I replied breathlessly.

(Y/N)'s face turned red at my comment. She smiled and held my hand.

"You're ready, Leo?"

"Yeah."

She placed my right hand on her waist and we held hands as we danced on the dojo. We are just alone in the lair because the others are having a training with Master Splinter.

"I love you, Leo." (Y/N) confessed.

"I love you too... but I am no prince charming, (Y/N)." I replied and she gave me a sad look. "What do you mean?"

"Listen, I am not human. I am not normal. You don't deserve someone ugly and a freak like me, (Y/N)."

(Y/N) silenced me by placing her finger on my lips.

"You are not ugly and you are not a freak to me, Leo. For me, you are the most handsome man and the sweetest turtle I ever have."

Her words touched my heart. I realized that my whole world wouldn't be complete without (Y/N). She is so different, and I am happy that I have her.

The quiet atmosphere turned into a romantic one when a music played from (Y/N)'s phone.

"That's my favorite song. It suits perfectly at my message for you." she said as we continued dancing along with the music.

I was astonished by her angelic voice and that makes my heart beats so loud.

All I see is (Y/N) with me. I felt like I'm lost at her beauty.

I almost teared up at the chorus part. I couldn't explain the happiness what is inside me. "You look so perfect too." I whispered.

Now I know I have met an angel in person

(Y/N) placed her head on my shoulder as I pulled her closer.

"I love you, Leo." she whispered before she drifted to sleep into my arms.

"I love you too." I replied as I kissed her temple.

No one knows what will happen next. Maybe after an hour and twenty minutes, unexpected things happen.

A thing that will test my love for (Y/N)....

...and that's when the nightmare happened.
