The Blue Moonlight Prt. 9

<(Y/N)'s POV>

"How d-do you know?" I asked Leo, his katana was still on my hand.

"I overheard your conversation with the Shredder. I'd realized I am a big disaster to you, (Y/N)." Leo's words had made my heart shatter.

"DON'T SAY THA—"

"I know sorry will not enough. Besides, it will never bring back your brother. I deserve all of this. So (Y/N)..." he put the blade on his chest.

"Stab me here." he said. "This is where my heart is located. Do this for your mother."

"No..." I whispered but Leo shushed me down. "Please, (Y/N). Go. Right after you do this, I still love you very much." he said.

But instead I dropped the katana and ran. I grabbed my bag and my tanto as I leave.

"Wait!" Leo shouted as he followed me. Once I reached the surface, a three fingered hand held my wrist.

"Leo, please! Let me go!" I pleaded as I struggle to break free. Leo pulled me closer and trapped me into his arms. No, I don't deserve his love.

I tried to get away but he's just too strong not wanting to let me go. His hands cupped my cheeks as he forces me to look at him.

Leo leaned down ang gently planted his lips into mine. That's when I stopped struggling and slowly kissed him back.

"I love you, (Y/N)." Leo whispered as he pulled away.

Suddenly, he snatched the tanto from my bag and stabbed himself. I let out a loud gasp as I saw Leo stabbed himself right in front of me.

Leo fell on his knees. I immediately lay him down on my lap even if my clothes were stained by his blood.

"Leo! No! Why did you—Donnie?!"

"They... are not ....here." Leo breathed out.

"Leo, no. Please, don't die for me... you don't deserve this. I love you, Leo! You can't leave me.... don't..." I cried as I held the wounded turtle in my arms.

"So am I... I have loved you... from the very beginning... until the very end..." Leo whispered.

The moon in the night sky shines very bright. The moonlight shone upon us, a bright blue moonlight.

I look back at Leo. His eyes were closed, a smile formed on his face, he stopped breathing.

"Leo?" I poked him but there is no response. Did he just...

"NOOOOOOOO!" I let out a scream and let everything out on the top of my lungs.

The voice of pain had echoed throughout the city. Everything turned silent. Tears continously rolled down from my eyes. Leonardo.... oh my Leo... he's gone. How would I leave without him? Someone, answer me!

"Great job, (Y/N)." I stopped crying as I saw Shredder and his footbots behind us. I wiped my tears away.

"Now that I've accomplished the mission, where is my mother?" I asked.

Two soldiers came and carried a blindfolded girl. I quickly recognized her. "Mom..."

But before I step forward, a sai came from nowhere had stuck a small machine, making my 'mother' fade away.

"(Y/N), it's a trap!" Raphael said from afar. Together with his two remaining brothers and Master Splinter.

Realizing everything, I let out a scream full of anger.

"How could you, Saki! This means Leo had sacrificed his life for me turns out nothing?!" I asked.

"No." a voice behind me had made me surprised. I saw Leo standing up and smiles.

"Leo..." that's all came out from
my mouth.

Everybody were surprised and even Shredder. "YOU'VE BEEN PRANKED UP DUDES!" Mikey declared from afar.

"If Shredder is unfair when it comes to conditions, then we will be unfair as well." he said as Donnie threw this two katanas at him and caught it.

Now, I understand. Everything is a trick. Explanations maybe later but I must focus on what is going on right now.

He prepared his fighting stance and so am I and his whole family.

"(Y/N), you dare to turn away from us!" Shredder said.

"Yes! For I am (Y/N)... (Y/N) (L/N)-Hamato!"
