The Blue Moonlight 2 Prt. 7

"Where's Leo?" I asked looking around.

"The foot soldiers only have you. We didn't see Leonardo." Splinter replied.

Worry washed all over me. Where did they take him? Or worse, what are they going to do with him? I tried to pick the lock of my cell but it's no use. Kicking, punching it until I get tired.

"Sorry, father. I didn't able to save your son." I apologized with tears forming in my eyes.

"It's not your fault, (Y/N). For now, we need to think a plan on how will we get out of here as soon as possible." Splinter replied.

"True! But our weapons were piled on the cell beside (Y/N)'s. There's no way we could get them." Slash said but was silenced by Dr. Rockwell that was... meditating?

"Quiet, everyone! I an trying to concentrate." he said a he continues saying chants and words. Minute by minute, Dr. Rockwell's helmet started to move by itself. The monkey chanted his words more loudly, making our weapons move too. "Woah!" I said in awe.

Using my hair pin, I started to pick the lock of my cell again. Making sure I will apply all the picking techniques Donnie had taught me.

Wait, speaking of Donatello, I haven't seen him since I got here.

"Where's Donnie?" I asked.

Raph gave me a sad look, "Actually, he—"

BLAGGGG! When Raph was about to answer my question, the gate of the dungeon was barged open. Donnie was there with his Bo-staff in his hands.

"Donnie! You're back!" Mikey exclaimed with happiness.

"We need to get you guys outta here." Donnie said as he destroyed the locks, setting us free. At the same time, Dr. Rockwell successfully retrieve our weapons and his helmet.

"Thanks, D." I thank Donnie and he gave me a smile. "No, thanks to him." Donnie replied as Kenjiro appeared at the dungeon's entrance.

Everyone looked at him. Raph was about to attach him but was stopped by Splinter.

"He's the reason why I survived the explosion back there." Donnie explained. I looked at him, Kenjiro turned away but I wanted to thank him.

"Jiro... why?" I asked.

"For I know the truth, (Y/N). Shredder killed your brother, my long lost friend. I couldn't forgive of what he did to him... and to you." he replied.

"I thought you've changed. You didn't die from that fire 8 years ago."

"I faked my death to protect myself from Shredder. My father had gave me his last message about your parents, (Y/N)." Jiro replied.

My eyes was filled with curiosity. Now I finally got the answer on my question regards to my parents.

"What did he say?"

"Shredder killed your parents, long time ago."

I gasped as I heard the truth nice and clear. After all this time, Shredder told me that my parents abandoned me and my brother.

"I tried to tell to your brother everything about it but I was unable to get closer to him for he was training to be the general of the Foot clan, so I fled and waiting for the proper time to say this to you. The only choice I have is to disguised myself as a wealthy soldier to be your suitor, but I guess that didn't work out."

My hand was turned into fists, tears rolled down into my cheeks. The truth really hurts but it already happened. Shredder took my parents, my brother...

"Thanks, Kenjiro." I said.

"You have changed a lot, (Y/N)." Jiro commented.

"A lot of things happened to me, Jiro. I was a foot soldier back then. Blinded with vengeance and anger, for Shredder had pointed out a wrong person for me to exterminate. But it turns out that... that person was the one who opened my eyes for the truth and opened my heart to fall in love. Today, I am now a part to his family." I said as I looked at everybody. Splinter smiles at me and nod.

"I believe you dropped this." Jiro opened his hand, revealing the necklace I lost.

"How did you find it?"

"While Donnie and I were about to invade the lair, we saw a pile of broken footbots on the streets and saw this necklace. I knew that necklace is so precious to you." Jiro answered.

I looked at the moon necklace. It reminds me of Leo when I look at it. I closed my hand and put the necklace on my pocket. I faced at everyone, I can see their objective to take Shredder down.

"Everyone in the Hamato clan! Now, we are free. We can kick Shredder's butt and we will going to save Leonardo." I raised my sword as prepared their weapons. Splinter put his hand on my shoulder and smiles, giving me the permission to lead the whole team in Leo's place.

"LET'S MOVE!" I yelled as we go out and fought some remaining foot bots that will stand our way.
Finally, we managed to escape at the dungeon. It's time to go to Shredder!
