your pov :

It was a Saturday night and you were laid in your bed watching Netflix. You constantly kept glancing at your phone waiting for a reply from your boyfriend Grayson. Impatient of waiting, you opened your lock screen to see that he was typing. Little butterflies fluttered in your stomach as you waited for his message. "Look outside" it read. Propping yourself up to peer outside your window, you see Grayson in your driveway holding a box of pizza and his car keys. Bless this boy, you thought to yourself.

You quickly hopped out of bed to head downstairs. You open your front door to see him standing there with an adventurous smile on his face. He walks up to the front door , struggling to keep hold of his box of pizza while putting his keys away.

"Gray" you grin excitedly. Hands full, he leans forward and pecks you on the lips.
"Hey babe" he says while putting his stuff on your coffee table. "What brings you to my humble abode?" You stride next to him. "Well since its Saturday and your parents aren't gonna be home till tomorrow I was thinking we could go out for a late night drive, eat some pizza and just adventure somewhere?" Without hesitation you nod and tell him to wait.

You head back upstairs to change out of your pajamas and put some jeans on. Within five minutes you're next to Grayson ready to leave, house keys in one hand and his hand in the other.

He opens the car door for you being the gentleman that he is and before you know it you guys are off.

It's currently 12:48 a.m and the radio stations are just playing random songs. Flipping through channels you land on a channel playing kid cudi. Despite how late it was, you and Grayson were dancing and rapping along to the words, laughter filling the car.

"Babe where are we going" you giggled as he kept rapping terribly. "I went hiking with Ethan at this hillside trail that has a great view so I'm thinking we go eat some pizza up there under the stars" he smiled while glancing at you.

You couldn't prevent the big grin on your face as you thought to yourself how much you adored this boy.

"Is it near by" you turned to face him. "Yea I'd say it's about 15 minutes from here" he replied while making a turn onto the freeway.

Suddenly your favorite song, Bodak Yellow, came on and you couldn't stop yourself from jumping in your seat.

grayson's pov :
My focus was on the road and I suddenly hear the song Bodak Yellow begin on the radio. I glance at (Y/N) since I know this is her favorite song. As if on cue she starts jumping in her seat, rapping the lyrics.

I instantly start laughing at her crazy hyper personality, even at 1:06 a.m.

"LETS FIND OUT AND SEE, CARDI B, YOU KNOW WHERE IM AT YOU KNOW WHERE I BE" (Y/N) rapped full of energy and crazy dance moves.

Even with my focus on the road I couldn't help the gigantic smile that was left on my face. I've only been with (Y/N) for a few months and I've fallen so hard for her. Her personality, her laugh, her smile, just her presence alone makes my day so much better.

After a while of being on the road I exit the freeway and turn onto the road leading to the trail. Within 5 minutes we're headed up the dirt road. The trail was wide enough to drive up and smooth enough to guarantee no damage to the car tires. I park the car on a little open area facing the freeway and all the small houses.

your pov :
Your eyes widen at the beautiful sight in front of you. That beautiful pizza. Just kidding. The view was the beautiful sight. Thousands of stars and lights and the brightest thing there, Grayson's smile.

Soft calm music now played in the background and you and Grayson got out to sit on the hood of the car. He held the pizza and you held the blankets. Hopping onto the hood he pat the spot next to him. You pulled yourself up and cuddled into gray's arms. You gasped at how warm he was.

"What's wrong?" He asked due to your gasp. "You're so warm it's so nice" you sighed wrapped your arms around his torso. He chuckled softly pulling you closer with one hand and grabbing a slice of pizza with the other.

"I'm hungry but you and the blanket are so warm I don't wanna take my arms out" you gave gray a pout. He playfully rolled his eyes and pointed the pizza towards you. You took a bite from his pizza and smiled, cuddling into his side some more.

Grayson was in awe of all the lights but you were in awe of how stunning he was. You tilted your head and started placing small kisses on his neck. He smiled and tilted his head giving you more access. You kissed up his neck to his lips. He put the pizza in his hand back in the box and placed on hand on your hip and one on your cheek. Your arms wrapped around his neck while he deepened the kiss.

He broke away and looked you in the eyes and whispered "I love you." You two hadn't said I love you to one another yet and your mouth had dropped to the floor. "Gray" you whispered. "I love you too, so much" you faintly smiled.

You'd never seen him smile so wide before. That night under the moonlight led to a long and beautiful relationship.
