summary : in which grayson believes you've been unfaithful, little does he know that his assumptions are incorrect and that it would lead him to make the biggest mistake of his life.

Lately you had been busier than ever.

Finals were coming up, your job became more demanding of you and your parents kept getting on your case.

It was as if there was no end to the stress you faced.

"Baby I miss you, I haven't seen you in almost two weeks and you've been sounding bored in our calls. What's going on?" The concerned voice of your boyfriend was heard on the phone.

"I miss you too gray I'm just really busy with everything coming up I'm either working, dealing with my parents or studying. I'm sorry my love but it'll be over soon, I'm gonna go I need to study," you yawned mid sentence.

The clock on your bed stand read 1:57 a.m.

You still had two more study guides to go over.

"Okay, I'll see you soon, love you get some rest," Grayson said in a monotone.

It was quite obvious that he was getting frustrated with the lack of conversations and interactions you were having.

"Love you-" he cut you off by hanging up the phone.

Letting out a deep sigh you went back to studying realizing you're going to need much more coffee.

*the next day*

You finished two of your six finals and the next was the hardest one you were to face. You had one more day to study and you were going to study all day.

You invited your gay guy friend Henry over. He is amazing at anatomy so you decided he should tutor you.

The two of you arrived at your apartment and walked inside.

"Do you want something to drink?" You asked Henry.

"Some tea? If you have?" He asked sitting on your couch. You nodded and proceeded to make his tea.

So preoccupied with making his tea you didn't even hear someone enter the apartment. That was until a loud voice erupted from the living room.

"Who the hell are you?!"

You recognized that voice within a second.

Grayson.

You stopped making the tea and entered the living room to see Grayson fuming, tightly gripping the red roses in his hands.

"Babe, I can explain-" you were about to introduce Henry when Grayson threw the roses onto the floor.

"I've tried to be with you for over two weeks and you were distant and now I know why. You were never doing anything you said! You were cheating on me with this motherf-" he yelled trying to go up to henry most likely to hurt him.

"Grayson stop!" You pushed him back away from Henry.

"That's not even close, hear me out," you tried to touch his face to calm him down. Your attempt failed since he harshly took your hand off his cheek.

"I'm leaving, don't even think about following me" he spat at you not even allowing you to reply.

He was literally gone in 5 seconds over a big misunderstanding.
