I was in the garden, toddler size again. It was a bright and sunny afternoon as I stared up at the sky, sprawled out on the brick path. The flowers swayed gently as a summer breeze went by.

Was I repeating my last dream? I thought. It was exactly on que because everything looked like it did last time I had one of these dreams. I got up and brushed myself off. I was in a light blue summer dress that was trimmed with lace.

Then I saw the strange woman again in the exact same spot I had seen her last time. She was standing on the pathway down quite a ways, watering the flowers. I began to walk towards her, taking small steps. When I reached her she smiled and patted my head. Her hand dropped back to her side and then the there was a loud thunder crack and everything around me went back for a mili-second.

I was now in a dark hallway in the mansion of my first dream I had about this place. There was a terrible thunderstorm going on outside. I flinched away from the windows when another loud crack went off. The hallway was ominously dark and dreary, not the same calmness as the first dream. I began down the long hall unitl I heard the creaking of an open door, but the creaking didn't stop. My legs began to tremble and my whole being shook.

When I got closer to the noise, I saw that it was the same large doors that had led to the master bedroom in my first dream. The doors were ajar and swaying in the wind. My hand caught one of the doors while it was swinging open and I walked into the room. The bed whose silk curtains had floated in the light breeze like ghosts from my first dream were now ripped to shreads with the covers hanging over the edge. A small gasp made my face flicker over to the sound.

The strange woman was on the floor and her dress was torn up and bloody. My eyes widened as she attempted to sit up by using her one arm to support her while her other beckoned for me to come to her. Everything in my being told me to turn and run but my body was on auto pilot and I glided over to her side. Her free hand gripped my face when I was close enough to her and I felt the warm trickle of blood go down the left side of my face.

Her eyes were sad with a heavy burden as she gripped my face and stared at me for what felt like an eternity. I stared back into her eyes frightened, wondering what was going on.

"I'm sorry." the woman mouthed.

And then I got a sudden head rush which made me take a step back, but she held her grip. When she finally let go of my face I fell to my knees and was barely able to keep myself up by my arms. A crack of lightning went off and the glass doors that went to the balcony flew open. The wind howled and made the doors bang wildly against the wall. A man suddenly appeared behind the woman. He was shrouded in a shadow but I could make out his outline. It looked like he was wearing an overcoat and carrying some kind of gun . The coat flapped in the wind and the man gave a satisfied huff like he had found what he was looking for.

His right arm that held the gun jerked up pointing to the curtains on the bed and the gun spat out flames. The ghostly curtains burned quickly and with help from the wind the brushed up against the wall and the wall caught on fire. Soon everything was on fire around me and the man began towards the woman and me. I stayed frozen in place, my limbs unable to move. He lifted his flamethrower gun again, this time pointing at the woman. My eyes stared in horror as she caught on fire and screamed in agony as the flames ate away at her. The man then made for me now.

My mind was focused on him. There was something about him that I felt like I had seen him before and that I should not trust him. I got to my feet when I got control of my limbs again and whipped around to run out the doors. The hallway walls were splattered with blood and as I ran down the hall I glanced a look behind me. The man entered the hallway and the flames seemed to follow behind him out of the master bedroom. He pointed his flamethrow gun at me as he speed walked down the hallway after me. I turned my head around and began to run faster.
