Kaito
We had headed out of Cross academy in my fancy white sports car alone------until I was suddenly followed by two other cars.
There's no way we're just going to be left behind. Came Kogeta's joking voice.
All right then, you can come along. I smirked if you can keep up!
At that moment I hit the gas petal causing the others to fall far behind me and Emma to grip onto the seat as if her life depended on it. The engine roared happily at the exercise and the car ran smoothly over the country road. The scenery passed us by in blurs. First we were surrounded by open forests, but as we drove on it became fields and hills. We seemed to literally fly over the hill tops and glide down the troughs.
Kogeta kept a good distance in his car as did Raki did in his. I thought that he would have stayed behind at the academy, I hadn't had much use of him lately, but is seemed he was determined to come as well.

Emma
After going what seemed a hundred miles per hour for miles and miles, the country road we were on met a highway and Kaito turned left on it. He was forced to slow down to the regular fifty miles per hour now that he was on a law patroled road. Kogeta's red sports car passed us and settled in front although, and our speed picked back up with the mind reader in front of us.
I turned around in my seat to get a look at the car that was tailing behind us. It was another sports car, but it was of a different make and color. It gleamed diamond dust white in the sunlight as we traveled down the highway. I spotted two vampires in the car I recognized. One was Violet, Kogeta's girlfriend, and the other was Hana, Toran's crush.
It was the one in the driver's seat that I didn't know. He had strawberry blonde hair and bright green eyes. He took no notice of me and kept looking ahead on the road. I turned around in my seat and shifted uncomfiratably. I was wearing high socks, sneakers, jeans, a long sleeve shirt, a winter jacket, a scarf, mittens, and the hood up to cover my face. The entire outfit was too hot to wear even though it was about fall, but it was neccessary. Without these clothes I would burn up under the sun in the matter of a few hours. In a day I would be nothing but a pile of ash, or at least I thought that's how it worked.
I knew I wasn't the only one in my disconfort though, everyone was wearing the same outfits that seemed to amplify the humidity. It looked like this fall would be an indian summer. I gazed out the window as I talked to Kaito.
"So, where are we going exactly?" I asked him casually.
"I thought I already told you. We're going to my parent's house so that I can introduce you to them." Kaito said playfully while not taking his eyes off the road.
"I know that part. What I meant was, where are we going as of now?" I elaberated.
"We're heading to the airport so that we can cut the distance and time in half it would take to go by car." He replied.
"Ohh, well how far is the airport from here?" I asked. I've never taken a plane so I didn't know where the airport was.
"It's only a few hours." He said.
"A few hours?" I asked.
"It won't be that bad" he said trying to cheer me up."....we've got each other for comfort." Kaito added in sweetly.
"Great." I teased, smirking that I had finally been able to get one on him.
Kaito just smiled, but continued to look forward and drive his expensive white sports car. The scenery flashed by us, sometimes very fast when Kogeta didn't sense any cops and sometimes very slowly (even though it was the regular speed limit) when there was cops about. I kept looking out the window lazily, my eyes drouping now and then. The same background of fields as far as the (vampire) eyes can see, which made it even more boring as I could see farther and still see the same empty fields began to get to me.
I gave a small yawn. And then a few minutes later a bigger yawn. Kaito didn't complain of the noise at all and stayed silent. Which ultimately led to me closing my eyes and falling asleep. Athough I couldn't sense how much time had gone by I felt a small tug on my hood to cover my face more and smiled because only Kaito could have done that. Then after that, was nothing as I was in a deep sleep.

A few hours later.....
Someone was trying to gently shake me awake even though I was trying to ignore them.
"Emma..? Emmmmma? Emma?" A voice called softly.
This repeated for a while and I decided to give into the voice and wake up to see what was going on that was so important to wake me. At first I forgot where I was and panicked, but Kaito gently soothed me with his powers reminding me I was traveling with him in his white car. I calmed down instantly and sat up straighter in the car seat.
Then the noise hit me and I flinched. A loud voice on a speaker announcing that..........flight 102 was leaving? Confused I looked around. We had finally arrived at the airport without me realizing it. Kaito smiled gently.
"Let me help you out of there." He said and extended a hand.
I reached out and grabbed it and he litterally took all my weight and helped me stand up. Once he let go of my hand, gravity reminded me I didn't weigh as light as a feather and it returned to me. I balanced myself on my feet and looked around. We were in the airport's parking lot. One that was assigned for people who were going away or were away on long vacations I determined as I looked at the car across from us. It was very dirty and dusty from not being used regularly.
A figure came striding up to us from down the line of cars and my attention shifted to that person. But it was no need for alarm it was only Kogeta carrying about a dozen passes. He came right up to us and started handing them out, first to Kaito then to me. And then the others got out of their cars and he gave one to each of them.
"What are these for?" I asked.
"They're passes to say that we paid and already passed through security." Kogeta explained.
"I thought you usually got tickets and everyone had to be present to go through security." I said, althoug it sounded more like a question.
"Not on the plane we're going on." Kogeta replied.
"What's that suppose to mean?" I asked, but he had only grinned and turned around to start walking to the airport building.
Kaito began to walk after him and the others instantly and I had to walk/jog to catch up with him. We walked passed aisle after aisle of cars until we finally reached the doors. Humans were going in and out of the automatic doors without realizing a group of vampires were about to enter the building. Some did give a second glance at us as though questioning our clothing, but shook the though away. Probably thinking where ever we were going it was going to be cold.
We entered the airport then to be met with tons of crowds or humans trying to get to their flight or stay together. The noise was almost overwelming I stopped. Kaito gently pulled on my arm though and led me, walking at a brisk pace so that we could get to the plane and out of the noise. We passed by gift shops and resturants without taking much notice until we got to a desk with a entrance right of it for boarding planes. A woman in a scarlett business looking suit with her blonde hair pulled back into a tight pony tail was standing behind the desk.
Kogeta went straight up to the woman at the desk and showed her his pass. At first the lady was disagreed with him and refused the pass. I felt a head ache building up in my head from the noise and he began to talk more fiercely. It wasn't until he whisper something in the lady's ear that startled her that she let us pass. Her eyes were frightened as she looked at all our passes and faces, especially mine for some reason. I disregarded it and continued walking on into the hallway that connected us to the plane.

I know it's not the original saying in Vampire Knight! I know that! I just decided that it would be good if I switched it up a bit :)
