CH 65 - Smackdown, mother style!

"George, don't ever drink." Nami tells her fiancé.

"They need to be married first to get a divorce dear." Poppy pats Godt's cheek and gives him another pancake, before glaring at the boys. "This is what happens when you don't know your limit! Lee..."

"Don't you bang that gong again mother." Beam's angry.

"It might help you wake up."

"My Yo...ran away." Phana looks near years.

"Of course not stupid husband of our fabulous witch." The mirror glares at Phana floating in with Spark. "I don't know why he married you."

Spark is glaring at Phana as he floats to his plate, sitting with Godt and the mirror. The three are now friends. When Phana tries to add things, Spark moves it away, stomping his foot and pointing as he says something.

"He says you're an idiot and he hates you." The mirror translates.

"You..." Phana attempts to glare at the mirror.

"Talk to my jeweled back, you bunny kicker!"

I cough to hide my laugh, Yo really did have interesting new friends.

"Spark..." Phana whines. "Where did Yo go?"

Spark ignores him and eats his food.

"Spark you're so cute when you're angry." Nami smiles and gives him cake.

"He made the biggest gang in the city bow to him when he beat them up." Godt tells everyone at the table.

I had been anxious about Yo, he was straightforward, kind and obedient. When he went against my wishes and threatened to leave home for Phana, I was worried. He loved him to that extent, but what if in the future Phana wanted something he couldn't do, would he abandon his dreams to please his husband?

But when something had come up, he stood his ground, he loved being the forest witch and he wouldn't stop. His mother and I both worried about him, a little overprotective because he was the youngest. Is it bad if I'm happy seeing Phana near tears because he can't find Yo? Now I know, there is someone who will protect him, in case I can't. Of course I will, but just in case.

"Ming left....me." Kit looks at Lee. "Did he leave a note?"

"He went to help his friend that sent a message." Poppy tells him.

I feel bad for Kit, he really is too used to Ming chasing him. Ming wasn't doing anything wrong, Kit should have understood and helped instead of making him feel guilty.

"Where is Forth?" Beam snaps.

"In town." Poppy says sitting.

"Which one? He could have gone to 4 different ones." Beam snaps at his mother. "Stop beating around the bush and tell us where our husbands went, I know you know!"

"I always know." Poppy smiles. "I don't want to tell you."

"Father! You need to learn to control your women!" Beam bangs his fist on the table.

All the deities in heaven, please save my son from what's about to happen... "Stay calm dear..."

"I should say the same thing to Forth!" Poppy snaps.

Of course she won't listen, Beam takes after her...

"Forth loves me."

"That's why he went to get a divorce...?"
