CH 59 - I had a reason...

Arthit POV

I run faster when I hear a wolf howl, I smile as I head deeper and plan my next move, helping Yo really was a lot of fun. And when they all found out, I couldn't help chucking at what they would say.

"Hhheeeellpp."

I stop to look when I hear the yell, when I see nothing I climb the nearest tree. A rider on what looks like a runaway horse is hurtling this way, what frightened the horse? I curse as soon as I get a better look at his face.

I wrap my legs around the large branch, before turning to hang upside down. As they pass under the tree I grab him by the shoulders and off the horse.

"Who the hell..."

"Shut up stupid."

"Arthit? You really saved me, man." He cries as I lower him and he drops.

I straighten onto the branch and climb down to glare at him, of all the idiots and all the wrong times it had to him and it had to be now.

"Why the hell are you here Prem?" I snap.

"I was looking for Wad."

"What happened to him?" I ask worriedly.

"It wasn't my fault..."

So it was completely his fault, but I blame Wad for giving him a chance, so technically it was both their faults.

"Talk while we run." I say moving when I hear a howl.

"Was that a wolf? Are you in danger? Don't worry Arthit I will..."

"Shut up stupid." I snap when he takes out a weapon. "Put that away, I need him to find me."

"Arthit..."

"Wad?"

"Okay let me start at the..."

"Just tell me the end." I had no time for his ranting. I needed my wolf to find me and we still needed to get the bark.

"A witch took him as punishment." He cries. "I only wanted to make Wad jealous, how did I know she was a witch and would want revenge?"

"Any clues?"

"His bones will rest in the forest at the end." He tells me. "This is the only one that fits and I looked Arthit, I really..."

I stop and silence him with a glare when I hear the howl, he found out I'm not alone and sent a warning...I really liked these clothes.

"Follow that path, do NOT take a shortcut, and wait for me at the village."

"I'll come with..."

"No."

"Are you scared of that wolf?"

"He's a puppy." I can't help smiling as I think of him.

"Arthit, what's gotten into you?"

"Listen, I want that wolf to catch me." I say ignoring his gasp. "I ran from him on purpose, now go!"

I leave a shocked Prem and move, I hope the idiot doesn't get lost or I will have to come looking for him but for now, I needed to be quick, he wasn't far.

It isn't long before I'm cornered, I can see his eyes glow with magic as he slowly stalks me. He leaps and shifts in the air; Kong lands on top and kisses me hard. Nipping and demanding entrance as his hands rip clothes to touch skin.
