-"I thought you would arrive later"

-"My wife decided she wants her three dogs and cat with her now so I need to be back at home early"

-"She's quite..."

-"Yes, whatever you thought, she is"

I sat in front of my desk, just in the same chair I was yesterday, and prepared my laptop to start.

-"How is she?"- He asked as he also got ready to start.

-"A lot better"

-"Has the police say something about it? I mean with the investigation for the robbery and so?"

The police shoot her on the first place.

-"Nothing yet"- I answered calmly.

-"You should pressure them more, they should have results by now, she almost died there, who cares what they took from the house but they shoot her, like that's some serious issue there"- He said it all mad. Which surprised me because of his calm personality most of the time, but lately he's been coming out his shelf so why not.

-"Who am I to pressure the police? They'll do as they can, as soon as she's ok and with me they can do as they want"

-"You really won't do nothing?"

-"you never know"- I answered lowly. -"Now lest's continue, have to pick up a few animals today"

It took us less time today. We did most of it yesterday so today it was easier, so basically we finished and then talked about everything but work. Apparently his affair with my new assistant was going to take a serious turn, I was ok with it, It really did not affected me so I tolerated many relationships inside the company as soon as they don't affect me or the production so...

Also he bought a new apartment. Glad that my money was being useful. He showed me the pictures of it and it was quite good and seemed comfortable, enough for just him anyways. And mostly we talked about him, not that I had no stories to tell, my life was quite exiting, but I couldn't just say most of the things that happened to me on a daily basis.

So after a few hours of just talking about nothing I took my things and walked out. Today I felt the place with less people, maybe my brain remembered the feeling of being here after all, so it felt quite good to be back, the silent and respectful smiles of all the people that walked by and recognised me felt good as well. And those who weren't there yesterday and looked at me surprised now made me laugh a bit. Like niall, he almost jumped from his seat when I walked into his office out of nowhere.

But after all I just made my way to my car and started it. I was hungry, but I wanted junk food, so I made my way to some drive trough, I could've take it home but davina was deprived from that type of food, most types of food, and I couldn't put it anywhere near her or she'll cheat and end up eating it.

And that would make her mad, she hasn't say a thing about the food yet but I knew she was hating her new diet. I just knew it.

So I ate my thing by myself in the car, then got rid of all the incriminating evidence of me eating delicious food without her. When I got home I was free of all the evidence and ready to get those dogs.

-"I'm home!"- I announced walking in.

-"Hi baby"- Davina received me walking out the kitchen and running to me.

-"I can see you're ready"- I told her looking at her up and down as I wrapped my arms around her waist to hug her and kiss her.

-"Yes"- She said just centimetres from my lips to then peck me lips cutely. -"You wan't to have lunch first"
