But I Left It Behind

Dream tried to whine, but the metal silenced him. He couldn't call for help, couldn't warn anyone, or even run away. 

A portal opened and the AU filled with the heavy weight of destruction, anger, DETERMINATION, and death. Error and Death stepped through, they were the first to arrive. Another portal opened another dark aura was added into the mix. Nightmare, Dust, and Horror entered the AU as well.

"WOW! What A turn out!" Ink smiled darkly as he received death glares from everyone.

"Dream! Fight Error! Red, Fight Nightmare!" The machines whirred into motion.

Nightmare was glaring at Fake Red thinking it was the real Red, but was surprised when Nightmare was sent flying by one hit from the real Red, Dream was forced into action too hitting Error, Error bobbled and weaved dodging attacks, the Fake Red fought Dust and Horror as Ink fought Death.

"dR3aM?! Wh4T_4R3 y0U doInG?!" Error asked continuing to dodge. Dream wanted to scream that he couldn't control himself, wanted to tell Error to forgive him if he landed even one blow, but instead he summoned his staff and formed it to his bow aiming at Error and firing. Error continued dodging the attack, but he couldn't fight back himself, he didn't want to hurt Dream.

Nightmare and Red were fighting violently, Red was surprisingly spry and strong for a half starved to death, beaten silly, and scared monster. Nightmare was struggling to keep his anger in check, but it was slowly getting the best of him. Death and Ink were dodging each other perfectly and Fake Red was holding off Horror and Dust just fine.

Error got hit in the leg with an arrow, but continued to dodge, but he was getting sloppy.

"dR3aM 1_caN'T huRt Y0U!!" Error shouted wincing as he landed wrong on his leg another whizzed past his skull. Dream couldn't say ANYTHING, and he hated it, but as he continued to fight the more his long black gloves began to fall down. The metal began to show more, even the as blind as Error was without his glasses he could see the metal. Error froze and glitched seeing the metal. 

He was hit with another arrow, Error slowed even more, until he almost stopped moving.

"wH4t 1$_tHat?" Error asked, and was shot on in the shoulder with another arrow at close range.

Nightmare and Red fought behind Error and Dream, Nightmare roared as he tried to pierce Red's SOUL, but failed Red dodged every tentacle with ease.

Error winced and looked at Dream hurt and anger grew inside him.

"wHy_aR3n'T y0U an$w3RinG M3?!" Error glitched dodging the next arrow he ignored the stinging, burning pain that the other arrows made him feel. Dream let out a silenced whimper, Dream drew back another arrow and aimed it at his skull. Error's sockets widened as Dream began to let go of the string. Error scrambled for his strings using the strings on the arrow and made the arrow fly far. Error released the strings and grabbed Dream's bow and yanked it out of Dream's grasp. 

Dream threw bones at Error and making Error to drop the bow, Dream attempted to get it back. Error used his strings to grab the bow and managed to do so, but it didn't reach his hand, Fake Red stabbed Error's hand with a bone, the bow dropped and Dream grabbed it as it hit the snow.

"1Nk_y0U cOw4Rd!! Fac3 mE y0ur$3lF!!" Error roared pushing Fake Red into Dust and Horror.

"That wouldn't be fair to you after all Dream has been waiting to see you for a while isn't that right Dream?" Ink asked allowing Dream to speak.

"RUN!! THE METAL IS MAKING ME FIGHT YOU!!" Dream whimpered as he aimed arrows at Error and fired, Error dodged, but didn't fight back, Dream was crying now.

"That's not what I asked Dream!" Ink tsked, Error roared and grabbed Ink using him as a shield against Dream's arrow.

"WH4t_d1D y0U D0 to_ Dr34M?!" Error scream, Ink struggled to get out of Error's grasp as Ink was hit by every arrow Dream fired.

"RED!! KILL IT!!" Ink roared, as it was only a few seconds before Red flew at Error ripping at Error's bones. Error scream and released Ink as he tried to get Red off of him

"Dream fight Nightmare!" Ink snapped as Nightmare closed in.

"NIGHTY!! HELP ME!!" Dream screamed as he pulled out his bow again. 

"What do you need?!" Nightmare was willing to do anything.

"That's enough talking Dream!" Ink shut Dream up as Error went to full defense. Dream let out another silenced whimper. Dream tried to motion to the screws in his bones, but Dream was moving too much for Nightmare to see them. Nightmare dodged Dream's arrows and bones and tried to pry the metal off himself, Dream let out a silenced scream.

Ink didn't want Nightmare to break Dream. Red's metal was about to overload anyway, so he decided to leave the group with a 'shocking' surprise.

"Ooooo~ Look at that I've gotta go, but don't worry I've got a pet here who would love to spend some time with you guys! This is the first time he's been out since... wow... SEVEN years, that's a long time to wait. Better not disappoint him!" Ink smiled "Dream it's time to leave!" Ink called, Dream shoved Nightmare away from him and ran to Ink. 'God I hate this!!' Dream whined, but he couldn't say it out loud. Ink grabbed Dream's SOUL Nightmare tried to grab Dream, but missed and Ink threw Dream in a portal and Ink himself jumped right on through Fake Red followed behind closing the portal when he got through. Real Red was left behind.

"Ah... Home sweet home." Ink sighed happily, and looked at Dream, he had hoped Nightmare had followed. "It's a pity your brother couldn't follow us." Ink allowed Dream to speak once more.

"I'm glared he didn't..." Dream whimpered glaring at Ink tear were on the edge of his eye sockets, Ink grabbed Dream's chin making Dream want to shake, but his metal held him still.

"Aww... I thought you wanted to see your brother, I thought this would make you happy seeing your 'family' again." Ink scoffed. Dream began to cry.

"NOT hurt! I hate to see them in PAIN!!" Dream sobbed.

"Aw... well I guess you're just going to have to endure it." Ink cupped Dream's cheeks in his hands. Dream strained to move, but his body wouldn't let him.

"Don't think I didn't see what you did up there, I'll just let you know right now, you're the reason Red might die today." Ink said the lie like it was the utter truth, Ink got his face closer to Dream's.

"I just want my family to be free." Dream cried not liking how close Ink was.

"You're never free... whether I'm around... or not!" Ink whispered planting a kiss on Dream's 'lips'. Dream scrunched his face up whimpering for Ink to stop as Ink slipped his tongue into Dream's mouth. Dream cried as this happened and when Ink finally pulled away Dream felt sick to his stomach.

"Wow that Glitch sure chooses well..." Ink muttered and looked at Dream who looked like he was going to do something reckless.

"Go to your room and don't let ANYONE out." Ink said the metal forced the sad Dream to move, Fake Red only followed to make sure Dream got to his room, Red locked the door as Dream got in.
