Sebastian's POV

The Manor glowed in the light of the blood orange sky, as did my lover's eyes. His smile radiant and stunning. Hand in mine as we happily explain our relationship to our new friend.

"I've never heard of any man promising to marry another man."

"It's unheard of and...forbidden but I love him. Even if I am only married to him in the home, it's enough. It's enough." My love so eloquently puts it, the raw emotion clear in his voice as his grip tightens, as if he draws composure from my touch.

"I understand...You deserve to be free to love each other as you see fit. I swear on my soul that I will never speak of this." I can arrange for the taking if things go awry.

"Thank you...I wouldn't know what to do if he wasn't by my side."

Oh my darling, I would never leave you.

"We've arrived, my Lord." Finny announces, quickly turning the carriage's attention elsewhere.

I give a little appreciative nod his way only to receive a nod in return. A small "you're welcome."

By the way my darling's fall to his feet, I find that he needed Finny's intervention more than I knew. He's so incredibly afraid of me leaving him as a demon that it hurts to even think of it.

If only I could show him that would stay no matter what happens.

The only way I can do that is to give him his desires. The child he's craved for so long. My child. No other will do.

To this day, I couldn't be more blessed than I was when he said he wanted to carry my child. My blood. He wants us to be one. Our love expressed in a child that carries our DNA in a beautiful concoction of us.

He loves me so much that he desperately begs to carry a piece of myself within him.

Yet, through his own despair, he doesn't believe himself worthy of our sexual activity because he cannot receive the child that he deserves.

He believes that he has failed me.

I must find a way to give him this. He deserves everything he has ever wanted. He deserves the world. The best life he could have.

And I'm ready to give him it.

Even if the rest of the world never will be.

My Master's face grows more solemn as we grow nearer to the Manor.

"Leo, allow me to show you around the Manor with Lizzie. We'd be happy to show you to your new living quarters and around your new workspace." I firmly state, getting yet another nod of thanks in Finny's direction.

"Of course! I hope to see you both later, my Lord and Sebastian." Leo happily states before being dragged off by the happy couple. Leaving us alone.

He doesn't say a word as we climb the grand marble staircase, never losing his elegance as he gracefully waltz's into his bed chambers.

Only to sit in silence once more.

"My love, are you alright?"

"No. I just...I began to think about it all over again and-" My heart bleeds for him as the tears spring into his eyes. "And what if I never get pregnant-?! What if I try and I can't-"

"My dear, I promise you that there's a way. I swear it. Allow me to grab the tome in my own bed chamber. I have a summoning chapter that may shed light on the situation."

He nods, sobbing as he grabs the bitter rabbit Sebastian, burying his beautiful face in it's chest. Sniffing my scent to stay calm as I run at full speed to and from the room to my own.
