Tucker and I run back into the room with the reds, Caboose and dumb Epsilon following behind us.
"Did you guys hear that?" Tucker asked them.
"Heard what? Of course we heard that, idiot!" Grif yelled.
"Oh great, I think they broke down the door." Tucker said.
I glare in annoyance as dumb Epsilon floats into the room.
"What!? Who would do that thing you said to the other thing?" Epsilon said, stuttering a bit as he forgot what he was trying to say.
"What's wrong with him?" Grif asked.
"He disabled his memory or something dumb while trying to unlock this massive laser eye he's got. I don't know." Tucker said in annoyance.
"Laser?" Grif asked.
"Who has a laser?" Epsilon asked.
"You do!" Caboose said.
"I do?" Epsilon asked in some excitement.
"Yes." Tucker said in an extremely irritated voice.
"That's awesome, man, I feel... great about whatever it is that we're talking about." Epsilon stuttered again.
"Caboose, shouldn't you be killing him or something?" Tucker said.
'Uhhh... Tau?' I thought as I watched Caboose bash his gun against Epsilon.
'Ow!' I heard in my head from Tau, 'Ok, think I got it but geez that hurt, and I didn't even leave your suit!' Tau thought.
Oh, that's another thing about Tau. He can jump from suit to suit but it really drains him and triggers his glitching so he avoids doing it by sometimes making tiny connections, like that he just did to fix Epsilon.
"Ow! Hey, cut it out!" Epsilon yelled.
"Tucker did it." Caboose said, using his signature phrase.
"No he didn't, jackass, you did." Epsilon said in annoyance.
'Yep, definitely fixed it. Idiots protocols are all thrown out of wack, like, worse than mine when I'm glitching.' Tau thought.
'Tau, be nice, it's the memories of Church, you seriously think it's gonna be normal?' I thought.
"So you remember that." Tucker said.
"Why wouldn't I remember that?" Epsilon asked.
'Also, I may have erased his memory of his short term memory to prevent him from knowing I exist.' Tau said proudly.
'Nice.' I replied.
"You don't remember why you wouldn't remember? Then I guess you're fixed, fuck it." Tucker said in annoyance.
"You guys never make any goddamn sense." Epsilon said, also in annoyance.
"Yeah. That's our problem." Tucker said sarcastically.
Suddenly, I hear the leader's voice in the distance, "Over here! Split up. You two, guard the entrance. Don't let them out." He said.
'Well, I would suggest you armor camo but you would have to get away from the reds and blues and Tucker is smart enough to piece it together.' Tau thought.
'Ya, shit, guess I'm stuck to fake missing at points with my sniper rifle.' I thought.
"Uh, I think we have more pressing issues at the moment, fellas." Sarge pointed out.
"He's right." Tucker said.
"I thought you said they couldn't bust through the door!" Grif said.
