I pulled out the broken blade bit from my blade gauntlet, cursing those Tex drones to the fiery pits of hell.

"You know, you get on to me for saying 'Bow Chicka Bow Wow' But you cuss more than even Church does." Tucker said.

I blinked.

Tau appeared, "He's right, you do." Tau said.

"Oh, shut up." I said in annoyance to Tau.

"So who's the new glowy guy?" Sarge asked.

"Technically I am not new. I have been with you all from the beginning. It was I, using Ver's armor enhancement, that saved you all from death when the Church bomb went off. I also know you all quite well, you just have never met me." Tau said.

"Huh?" Grif said.

"What he means is he has been with me from the beginning. He's heard your conversations, watched your actions, even helped in some situations while you never knew he existed." I said.

"What I am curious about is how he is a working A.I." Wash said, looking at Tau.

I looked at Tau, "Oh, trust me, Wash. The first few months? He couldn't do anything. As you probably already know, he is the alpha's confusion. Thus, he has so much confusion he can confuse himself." I said.

"Yes, I know, he was classified as a level 2 unusable fragment. What I want to know is how he didn't make you go insane and how he is able to talk, think, and run armor enhancements." Wash said.

"Tau ran a simulation on that...." I said looking at Tau.

"Yes, and the chances of us reaching this point? Extremely, Extremely low. There was a 4 in 73,000 chance that this would work but, we got lucky." Tau said.

I looked at the reds and blues, who were no doubt glaring at me. I hissed and slowly stood.

"Woah, Ver, your hurt." Wash said.

"Ya, but I got apologies to make." I said, coming to stand before them.

"I am sorry for lying to you all for 7 years, but it was for my own good as much as yours. Tell me, what do you know of Project Freelancer and what they sent their Freelancer's to do?" I asked.

"You know, I never knew that part." Sarge said.

"The freelancers were sent on missions to steal, kill, and take. You have heard of Wash, South, Carolina, Maine, and others but there is a reason I am not mentioned." I said.

"Why?" Tucker asked, seeming a little less angry.

"Because, in simplest terms, I was Project Freelancer's assassin." I said.

They all took a step back from me.

"I gave up that life long ago. No doubt you have noticed I never aim to kill?" I said, looking at them all.

"I was kind of curious why your every shot either hit an arm or a leg." Simmons pointed out.

"Because I made an oath, long before I met you all, to not kill ever again unless I have absolutely no choice." I said, "I.... won't tell you why I made this oath but I will let you know it was the tipping point between me siding with Project Freelancer and me wanting to get the heck out of there." I said.

I looked at Wash, "I crashed my pelican on the far reaches of space, being chased by Project Freelancer. I sent it up in flames by popping a hole in the gas tank and throwing three grenades. I joined the reds and blues and told myself I would never talk again." I said.

I looked at the reds and blues, "I did this because my work for Project Freelancer earned me something of a name. If those companies, Projects, Military organizations, knew I was alive? They would not only hunt me down but anything and everything around me. Including all of you. That is why I remained silent." I said.

Silence fell for a bit.

"I guess I can forgive ya for that." Sarge said.

"I agree with you, Sir." Simmons said.

"Sure." Grif replied.

"I forgive ya!" Donut said.

"I don't know what everyone is saying to a will say yay." Caboose said happily.

I looked at Tucker, who was silent for a moment before sighing.

"Okay, fine, I forgive you. Mostly because I am super glad you kept quiet, I don't want to end up dead." Tucker said.

I looked around at them all.

"You guys do know my identity now, but I now trust you to keep it a secret. Not just for me but for all of your sake's as well." I said.

"Nice speech, Mutey, I guess Carolina and I will keep your secret. Also, wow is it weird to see all of my memories from Tau's point of view." Epsilon said suddenly, "I look like an idiot in quite a few." Epsilon said.

I looked at Tau as he appeared.

"What? It's not like I could keep him out forever. It's been a struggle to keep him out of my memories these past few weeks." Tau said.

Tau looked at Epsilon, "But he still hasn't accessed my blackmail folder, I'll keep that under wraps for if I ever need it." Tau said aloud.

Epsilon froze, "Wait, you have a blackmail folder.... on me?" He said.

"Yep, so don't piss me off or these are going on the internet." Tau said.

"What the fuck did I do to you?" Epsilon asked in shock.

"Eh, I just made the list for fun." Tau said.

"You two, shut up so Carolina can talk." I said, seeing Carolina had been wanting to talk.

"We need to leave, the building is shutting down." Carolina said.

<><><><><><><><><><>

Soon we were all outside, most of them talking amongst themselves. Tucker stood by me.

"Thanks for forgiving me and, you know, keeping my secret." I told him. All the other's agreed to keep my identity a secret and, once outside, I changed my armor camo back to my sim trooper armor, deciding to follow through with Tau's comment from long ago and turn the green an oxford blue, keeping my shoulder pads purple. The transition lead to Simmons going into depth and trying to figure out how it worked.

"Ya, sure, I just got one question?" He asked.

"Shoot." I said.

"Were you acting like the most disgusting tomboy or was that actually you?" Tucker asked.

I broke out laughing, clutching my stomach with my good arm. Carolina had helped me wrap the damaged one.

"Ok, so I may have played it up a bit a times. Yes, I do believe I am a tomboy but I am not as drastically as the one you have seen." I told Tucker.

"Good because I do not want to smell your stinky breath again." Tucker said, making me smirk.

I looked at the others, "I wonder how things are going to change now that you guys know I can talk. Of course, when we are around others I will still pretend to be mute but otherwise...." I trailed off, rubbing my hand down my sniper rifle, which Epsilon was surprised to discover wasn't the one I stole from the alpha A.I. so long ago.

"Probably the same old shit we have done since day one." Tucker said.

"Ya, probably." I said, smiling.

Season 10? DONE! Okay, things are really going to change after this, but still be awesome so.... ENJOY!
