"So Ruel. Tell me about yourself. How's life in Australia?" I ask. It's around 1:00 so we are having a late lunch.
It's a little awkward between us at first but it quickly disappears after we start talking.
He tells me about his family, music and just life In general.
I tell him about my family,music and life in general as well. We talk and eat and we have a good time.
All the awkwardness between us is gone and I guess I could say we are friends.
Ugh
We end up talking for a couple hours until Ruel realizes what time it is.
"Woah it's already 3:30."
"Oh wow time flew by really quickly"
"Yeah it sure did" he said in a slightly sad tone.
I was just about to say something when his phone rang.
"Sorry it's my mom, I gotta take this" he says as he gets up from the table.
"Yeah of course"
