After a lot of kisses we finally make it out of the house and we start our walk to Tim's.
"So what kind of things do you want to do tonight?" I ask ruel.
"Hmmm I have no idea. What can we do?"
"Oooooh we could have a midnight picnic under the stars!! I've always wanted to do that with someone. I mean it will have to be in my backyard and you obviously can't see the stars very well because there is so much pollution in the air..." I say, starting to ramble a bit.
"That sounds amazing" ruel says, looking at me with a smile.
My cheeks start to heat up.
As we walk in silence for a little bit I feel ruel grab my hand. I look up and I see that he's trying to look anywhere but at me.
Wait, is his face red?
Is Ruel Van Dijk nervous to hold my hand?
Oh my gosh.
I give his hand a squeeze and I see him smile through the dark, still refusing to look in my direction.
"Ruel?"
"Yes?" He says, finally looking at me.
"You are so cute"
His face turns red again.
