The times that Lauren was kinda talking to herself, and she (I) wad telling you what happend and what was going on. She was writing on the computer about everything.
Originally Camila was going to die in the car accident with Austin, Lauren was suppose to find the journal and keep Camila's promise by writing and publishing a the journal along with her life experiences with Camila but, everyone wanted a somewhat happy ending. So I let her live.
The alternate ending is basically it's 2012, the girls are on xFactor sitting around reading fanfics as to pass time. So, they stumble apon this one and Lauren and Camila take turns reading it out aloud to the group.
Camila was in love with Lauren but, Lauren was with Keaton, although she loved Camila back.
