Excuse me if I sound dumb, but when a Food Soul gets the Knockout thing, are they technically dying?
Because there are so many dialogues where it sounds like they're about to die. Like Milt's, where she talks about returning to her place of birth, and Miso Soup talks about being reborn into the "pure land" (I think that what he said). So are they dying? Because if so then that just makes everything hit harder, especially when you fight a team with your favs on it. I'm only asking now because I was re-reading Cheese's backstory, and how her Master Attendant died, and then I was reading her lines (because I'm writing a fanfic UwU), and she said "I've missed you so much".
Was. Was she talking to her Master Attendant?
I don't have anyone in the Italian Trio, but they're one of my favorite groups in the game. When I saw that, I knew she wasn't talking to us, the player, because she wouldn't have missed us THAT much. So.... are they like, dying? Or are some dying in theirs, while others are just getting knocked out in theirs?
Also I wanna make theories for Food Fantasy but I am absolute shit at making theories and I don't even know what to make theories about, so.
