Chapter 69 my loves. The chapter doesn't fit that number in the slightest but the cards just fell that way.———
When Todoroki woke up, he immediately noted Izuku's absence. It was still dark, but he could hear whispers, and, lighting a small fire in the palm of his hand, he saw Shinsou and Izuku by the door.
They turned to look at him, Shinsou with annoyance and Izuku with mixed guilt and excitement.
The greenette snuck back over to him."Yesterday Toshi and I found a way onto the roof. Wanna come see the sunrise?" He whispered, eyes bright in the firelight.
"Yes." Todoroki found himself saying, though he had no idea why Izuku looked so excited over the sun coming up.
He ignored Shinsou's glare as they crept carefully back to join him at the doorway and out into the corridor. They headed down the passage, and Todoroki watched in mixed confusion and awe as Izuku pressed the hidden button, and climbed up a ladder, disappearing through a hatch. Shinsou followed after him, and glancing behind once, Todoroki followed suit. They sat, Shinsou to Izuku's left and Todoroki to his right, and watched the horizon.
"It's cold." Complained Shinsou.
Izuku replied easily, "you didn't have to come Toshi...here."
The greenette pressed his fingertips together and small semi-transparent orange orb appeared about a metre in diameter centred around him. Izuku opened his eyes and separated his hands, and as they moved apart, the orb expanded to surround the trio in warmth."How's that?" He asked.
"I thought I'd befriended only one portable heater." Commented Shinsou.
Todoroki was going to reply that he was also a good cooler, when Izuku leaned forward gasping in excitement. "Guys! Look!"
He and Shinsou followed his gaze to the horizon, and watched with interest as the sky became bluer and gold edged the distant mountains. Todoroki couldn't help a gasp as within minutes the sky was flooded with pinks and oranges, purples and golds.
However when Shinsou also gasped he looked over, and froze.Izuku was leant forward, drinking in the view hungrily. The gold of the sunrise lit up his hair, a curly chaotic mass after sleep but angelic in the light. The sun picked out the different colours in his eyes, streaks of blue and flecks of gold among many shades of green.
Those beautiful big eyes were wide and innocently fascinated with what they saw, Izuku's lips parted in a broad smile.
The sight of him like that took their breaths away.Yes...he does kinda look like a child...but I'm too lazy to try and change it.

Aizawa eyed class 1A.
Shinsou looked exhausted as usual, Todoroki poker faced. Aoyama was late perfecting his appearance, a habit Aizawa'd long since given up correcting. Kouda was signing with Ojiro, Shouji and Satou, wondering about what they had in store. The girls were huddled in a strangely defensive formation around Hagakure, and there was a clear tension between her and Ojiro.
Young love. How tiresome.
