Chapter 148: Over All

This chapter really pushes the boundaries of the BNHA universe...whether this feels right to you, or whether I went too far, I'd genuinely appreciate your thoughts at the end!
I tried to leave lots of foreshadowing about Dark Shadow, I'd like to know it that was too subtle or not as well.

Izuku panted.
His menu had disappeared and all the quirks he'd collected had vanished with it. He knew instinctively why. He could do anything now. Think it and it shall become a quirk.
He could sense them too. Kinda like how he'd imagine souls would be, auras within people of differing colours and energies, forms and moods. He could feel all his classmates'. He could feel all the people of Japans' and the worlds. He was still aware of so much. It was overwhelming.

But he was also really fucking hungry.

He could just create a quirk to produce food when he clicked his fingers. Energy conservation was to some extent a law quirks followed but he was above that now. But he knew exactly what he wanted.

He shakily sat up on the bed, and shuffled to sit on the edge. He tried to get up but he was so physically drained, he would have collapsed if Shinsou hadn't caught him.
"Woah, easy there." Said Shinsou softly.
The greenette hummed tiredly, "how long was I out?"
Hiniyuki spoke up as he moved over, "an hour, it's only 2 pm."
Izuku sighed, "I'm so fucking hungry, please Kaachan..."
His stomach joined in, as he sent the blond puppy eyes.
Bakugou was stood over by one of the book shelves, he snorted at the look of desperation but his heart warmed, "fine, let's go."
Izuku shakily stood on his own, and let himself be led outside and down the stairs.

A lot of the class were in the kitchen when they arrived, Aizawa had informed them what was going on and they were all worried for Izuku.
Kouda launched up from his seat looking worried, "did it work?"
Izuku removed the drawbacks from all their quirks in non-verbal confirmation, Hagakure immediately becoming visible in her clothes.
They yelled out in shock as Izuku plonked himself down and Bakugou moved over to the fridge.

"What happened??" Asked Ashido, leaning over the table excitedly.
Flushing, Izuku pulled back, "guys seriously! Personal space! I saw the entirety of the universe, turned into a dragon and gained complete power over quirks. I'm a little fucking broken right now."
He slumped over the table enjoying the cool feel of the table top. "It's so chaotic out there...we're all so insignificant...need Katsudon..."

The group eyed him warily.
"So what are your thoughts about the universe?" Asked Kaminari tentatively.
Izuku looked up at him grumpily, "if there are all powerful creation gods out there...they have a very sadistic sense of humour, and couldn't give less of a shit about us. There are one thousand five hundred and seventeen other intelligent races out there and most of them are far more technologically advanced and fucking peaceful. Be glad the closest are several hundred thousand light years away, we would qualify for about as many rights as squid by their standards."

At this point Bakugou dumped a large bowl of Katsudon in front of Izuku who came to life substantially, "take it this way Kami, you and everything you achieve in your life will probably be completely forgotten a hundred years after your death, so just enjoy yourself, and try to be kind to others where you can."
Izuku swallowed a mouthful of Katsudon and beamed, "best Katsudon in the universe Kaachan!"

Izuku took Eri out to shop for her dress and most of the class came too to find their own clothes. Everyone was pretty secretive about what they were getting, and even though Izuku could find out with a thought, he resolved to keep the surprise.
