:P

"Did you have to be that difficult!" Groaned Shinsou.

He and Izuku were sat in the waiting room with all the students who passed including 100% of 1A. The fight had been drawn out, but eventually Izuku had allowed them to defeat and apprehend him. Not before he gave Shinsou a nasty bruise through.

The greenette smiled, "you weren't the only ones watching Toshi. Here."
Izuku's slim hand moved to the purpling bruise on his companions calf, brushing it gently with his fingers and healing it instantly.
Shinsou shivered slightly at the cool touch, and hastily continued the conversation, "I've been meaning to ask...what happened? I mean that wasn't exactly a demonstration of your full power."
"Who says you saw the whole demonstration?" Smirked the greenette.

Half an hour earlier

"How?" Hissed the Chief Cabinet Secretary, he was staring out the window in complete terror. However he was not looking through the window of the observation deck, at the exam taking place, but the window with a view over Mustafu.
"I....I have no idea..." whispered the Prime Minister of Japan, eyes round.

What had them in panic was the fact that time had appeared to have stopped. Cars and people alike were still in the streets, an aeroplane hung immobile in the sky...not a breath of wind moved the leaves of the trees outside. A bird was frozen mid flight not a metre from the window.
"How far does it extend?" Growled the Minster of Defence, eyes alight with ambition.
The Minister of Finance yelled, "the stocks are frozen! I can't even reach my advisors in Hokkaido!"

"How about China? US?" Asked the Prime Minister, trying to mentally grapple with what was happening. The Minister of Defence had moved to a corner and was talking animatedly with a Stadium staff member, who was definitely not a stadium staff member and he was rather worried about what the man was planning.
He didn't trust the Minister of Defence as far as he could throw him. Reminded him of the boys who used to shove his head down toilets. But the bastard had a lot of backing and he hadn't been expecting a child with the power to take over the world to appear. At least not during his time as head of the government. He obviously knew there was an incoming quirk apocalypse...but he was supposed to have moved into his summer home in the Bahamas by the time that would be an issue.

"Please calm down gentlemen." Said an all too familiar voice that brought both incredible relief and new fear to the Prime Minister.
He turned from the window as did his cabinet as Principal Nezu made his way into the room. "Now, my student is of uniquely high intelligence and as such has entrusted negotiations with you to me," the creature informed them calmly, "having expressed his intentions clearly, I have full clearance to continue discussions with you on his behalf from this point onward."
The Minister of Defence deflated substantially and the Prime Minister couldn't help a smirk.

"Look at it! We're pros now!"
Kaminari's chest was puffed out with pride as he flashed his license at the class.
Jirou rolled her eyes, "Provisional License, Denki....that said I'm not surprised you can't read."
"Hey!" He pouted while Ashido cackled.
"Does anyone else get the feeling something else was going on?" Asked Ojiro curiously. "I mean, Izuku being the villain and all..."

The greenette in question just gave a smirk as a young man came over to their group with a tray of sandwiches. They were given lunch there before they returned to their schools, so everyone, passers and failers alike were sat around in their school friendship groups.

"A nation's hearts froze in motion," murmured Tokoyami, but as usual the class ignored him. They didn't notice how Izuku choked on his sandwich either.
"It was weird...if you were demonstrating your strength...I don't see how that did much...what was the outcome of your meeting?" Asked Yaoyorozu.
Izuku shrugged, "I'm waiting on the outcome. I don't know how to deal with politicians like Nezu does. He's discussing it with them now."
"That's insane..." muttered Ashido, "why is it only now sinking in how far on another level you are?"
Bakugou snorted, "cuz you just watched him face All for One through a fucking screen."
Kirishima grinned at the flustered greenette, "so cool."
"I'm officially giving you god level status!" Exclaimed Hagakure happily.
Dark Shadow spoke so quietly most of the class didn't hear him, "god level indeed."
Izuku glanced their way warily, but neither Tokoyami nor his quirk noticed.
