*WHOOP ANOTHER CHAPTER FINALLY DONE!!
I can't believe this story has fifty chapters my god 😂
Let's try and get it to one hundred? 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

I'm sorry it's taken a while for this update, I've been binging RuPaul's Drag Race again and falling back in love with my queen, Miss Trixie Mattel (for all of y'all who haven't seen it or don't know her, please google her and tell me she ain't beautiful 😍), but I'm back now and this chapter is bloody perfect if you don't mind me saying 😏 I think some of you will love it!*

*ROGER'S POV*
"What on earth is your Daddy up to baby, hmm?" I asked Ivy in my traditional "baby" voice as we wandered from the kitchen to the bedroom, my little one perched on my side as she chewed happily on one of her baby biscuits. Something had been off with Bri this morning which intrigued me (as I was a busy body) and I was dying to find out why he'd been so secretive with what he was doing in our room. He'd kicked me out practically as soon as the bloody sun rose, not allowing me back in until he'd "done some research" on whatever it was he was so glued to.

"DA!" Ivy shouted as we made it to the door, her chubby little hand waving her mangled biscuit in the air as she grinned adorably.

"Yeah baby, Da is acting weird isn't he?" I laughed, poking her belly as she giggled, shoving her food back in my face while kicking away excitedly.

"DA!" She shouted again, making me smile as she went back to gnawing away, the snack thankfully keeping her occupied. I kissed her head softly, keeping my smile as I leaned in to knock lightly on the door, hoping whatever Bri was up to was done so I wasn't banished from lying comfortably on my own bed!

"Bri?" I called, listening intently for an answer. "You okay in there love?" I asked, expecting something back but not getting anything as I was met with silence. "What are you doing in there?" I huffed as I shifted Ivy up on my hip a little higher, her sticky hand reaching out to try and bang on the door like I had done.

"Da!" She pouted when she got no response, her face pulling into a frown as she looked up at me. She looked exactly like Brian in that moment, fuck it was almost creepy! She really had nailed the May pout and frown at an early age, cheeky thing.

"Can I come in Bri?" I called again, my hand already on the door knob as I once again waited for a reply.

"I'm down here!" He suddenly called back, his voice coming from down the hall rather than behind the closed door to our room. I raised an eyebrow, wondering what the fuck my boyfriend was actually up to as I wandered towards where I thought he could be, curiosity now hovering in my mind.

"What are you up to, you dork." I chuckled, shaking my head as I came to a stop outside the bathroom, the door sitting ajar enough for me to see Bri leaning against the sink, his back facing me. I noticed the look on his face as my gazed flicked to the mirror in front of him, the expression one I've never seen before as he kept his eyes down. "Bri?" I said quietly as I pushed the door open completely, his eyes now quickly meeting mine in the mirror as I did so. "What's going on? Are you okay?" I asked, slightly worried at the deep sigh I received back. He didn't look happy about something, him taking in a breath as he turned around to face me properly, his eyes back down on his hands. He was holding something, I wasn't quite sure what it was as I made my way further into the small room, the silence that settled only adding to the tension I was already feeling. Something was up. I'd never seen Bri so anxious looking before. He wasn't himself at all which made me a little nervous if I was being honest, the thought of something being wrong making my stomach churn.

"Da!" Ivy then chose her moment to shout out, her little face bursting into a smile as she finally saw her Dad. "Da! Da!" She babbled, kicking her legs as she made grabby hands towards him, her excitement earning his attention as he looked up.
