*3RD PERSON POV*
"Why can't you just talk to me about this Roger?! I'm not asking for much, just for you to fucking listen!" Brian shouted, his anger towards his best friend growing after the younger spent the entirety of the last week ignoring his presence. After the guitarist told him the baby had to be his, Roger backed himself away from the subject all together. Brian had tried to explain what must've happened, but his best friend was too stubborn to listen, claiming that the baby had to be someone else's as they've never even come close to fucking. "Are you really going to keep ignoring me?" He groaned as he followed the blonde around their flat like a lost puppy.

"If it means you'll fuck off and leave me alone, then yes." Roger muttered, mostly to himself as he rolled his eyes. He just wanted to get away from all of this bullshit. There was NO WAY they slept together! No possible way.

"You're being really immature about this Roger. This isn't a joke or a stupid argument that we'll get over. This is a baby, OUR baby." Brian said seriously, almost running into the drummer as he stopped suddenly in the middle of the hall.

"That is not mine." Roger almost growled, spinning around quickly to send a glare towards the older of the two. "That...thing, whatever it is, it's not mine. End of fucking discussion." He snapped, his harsh comment sending a stab thought Brian's heart. Thing? Roger really called his baby a thing? Over the last week, the taller lad had kind of come to terms with his situation in a way. He was still terrified and confused as to how this all happened to him, but he was also a little excited too. He could picture himself with a baby, a boy or a girl, he didn't mind. He could see them growing up and becoming a beautiful child, all while he did his best to raise them right. He pictured doing all this with Roger too, but he knew that was definitely not going to happen now.

"I'm glad y-you've told me how you r-really feel Roger." Brian scoffed, his voice wavering slightly as he struggled to keep himself from breaking down into sobs. It hurt, hearing his best friend call their baby a "thing". He knew it would be hard to get Roger to come around to the idea of being a father, but he wasn't expecting him to be so cruel. The smaller man immediately regretted his words, noticing Brian trying to push away his tears as he kept his gaze towards his feet. He didn't mean to be so harsh with what he said, but he just couldn't deal with all of this at the moment. He still was finding it hard to comprehend that he could've been so close to his friend, let alone the idea of them having a bloody baby!

"Bri, I-"

"If you, if you don't want anything to do w-with this then that's your c-choice." Brian sniffled, cutting Roger off before he could apologise. "I'm sick of feeling like this is a bad thing." He sighed, shaking his head. "I, I only wanted for you to have a connection to your child but if you don't w-want that then there's n-nothing I can do about it." He added, still avoiding the younger's eyes as he focused his attention downwards, his eyes locking onto the tiny bulge of his stomach. There was a baby in there (granted most of it was cream biscuits at the moment, but there was still a baby growing). HIS baby. Whether Roger wanted to be a part of it or not, the baby was still his, and he couldn't let what was going on now affect how well he took care of them.

"I just, I can't deal with all of this Brian." Roger sighed too, feeling bad for snapping, but also still not understanding why Brian couldn't see where he was coming from. "I don't even remember that night, and now apparently I'm meant to be a father!" He exclaimed, the idea making him weak at the knees with anxiety.

"Do you really think I know how to deal with this?!" Brian shouted back, his own nerves a mess as he thought about what this could possibly bring to his own life, his own future. "I don't know what's happening either Roger, or how the hell we got ourselves into this, but I can't just run away from it!" He snapped. "It's easy for you to say you don't want anything to do with this. You can leave and have no responsibility, but I can't. I can't escape this. I can't have a moment to think because I'm the one who's pregnant! I'm having this baby, OUR baby, and I can't just walk away when I want to." He sighed again, trying to force away the tears that were still trying to fall down his cheeks.
