*3RD PERSON POV*
*One Month Later*
"I can't believe she's so big now." Roger frowned as he pushed Ivy along in her pram, he and Brian going shopping for some bigger clothes for their baby girl. She had outgrown everything Jer had passed along and was definitely in need of a new wardrobe before she had to get around in nothing but a nappy! The pair were excited to get her some new things (even if they were sad she was growing so fast) but also knew they needed to stick to a limit, what with a new deal with a new label for the band not being 100% set in stone just yet.
"She is five months old Rog." Brian chuckled at his other half, secretly hating that their little one was growing so quickly himself. It felt like yesterday that she was born and now she was suddenly sitting up and almost crawling!
"She needs to stop growing!" Roger exclaimed with a pout. "She's getting too big. You need to stay small for a little longer please baby." He cooed to his daughter as she sucked on one of her baby toys happily, not even noticing her Papa giving her a lecture. "How are you five months old?" He sighed, feeling a little emotional over everything. He couldn't believe it had been almost a year since he and Brian got frisky and started this whole life journey for them. He'd never take it back, not for anything in the world, but it was still a shock sometimes when he sat back and thought about their lives. He was a father! He had a daughter! He was responsible for someone other than himself now and that was scary for somebody who could barely make bloody pot noddles six months ago!
"She's looking more and more like you as she grows." Brian smiled, his eyes on his baby too as he linked his arm with Roger's, the pair continuing to walk.
"I was hoping she'd look more like you." Roger mumbled under his breath, wishing their daughter got her Dad's good looks over his own. He always thought Brian was attractive, even when they were just friends he wouldn't deny the man's beauty, yet he set himself boundaries and knew he could only admire him from a far (or so he thought anyways), not wanting to ruin their friendship if Brian didn't feel the same way.
"Pfft!" Brian scoffed.
"What?" Roger chuckled. "You're beautiful Bri. She's going to be beautiful no matter what, but fuck if she looked more like you, she'd be fending off all the boys in England!" He joked, the guitarist's face burning with blush as he couldn't stop hearing his love calling him beautiful. Brian would never get over the fact that they were together, no matter how many times they kissed (or fucked, because they had again), or told one another they loved them. He'd never believe this was his life.
"I love you." The taller smiled again, his face still pink as he looked down at Roger.
"I love you too." The blonde smiled back, nudging him cutely. "And here I am giving John and Fred shit for being sappy." He scoffed, shaking his head as Brian let out a laugh, knowing Roger wasn't always the most sappiest of lads.
"John and Fred are just too in love to care I think." Brian chuckled, knowing both men were more than content with each other and didn't care how sappy they were showing it.
"It's sickening how in love they are." Roger fake gagged, his partner nudging him with another laugh as they finally made it to the baby section of the department store they were in.
"Did you need a hand with anything at all?" A woman asked, popping up almost out of nowhere as the pair stopped in front of a rack of clothes.
"Oh, no thank you." Brian smiled, declining her offer as he preferred to shop alone (well with Roger but without an assistant). "We're just browsing." He added, hoping to get rid of her quicker. It wasn't that he was being rude, the older just didn't see the point in having someone else pick out clothes for his baby. She was his little girl and he and Roger should get to choose her outfits.
