._.__.~Sam's POV~.__._.
I couldn't stand it. All the eye fucking. It was just too much.
I knew I needed to put an end to all the nothing-but-intense-staring, but how? There's no way either of them would come out. I mean, it was clear to me that they were afraid the other person wouldn't feel the same way.
And that's when the little lightbulb in my head clicked on.
I found Cas in the guest bedroom where he'd been staying since he became human. It was then that I put my plan into action.
Operation Destiel Out Of The Closet was a go.
"Hey, Cas." I greeted.
"Hello, Sam. Is there something you need?"
"Well, I just... I kinda need to ask you something, but it's a bit... y'know, awkward." I chuckled.
"What is it?"
"Well, um...-" I leaned in closer to him and whispered, "Do you like Dean?"
He cocked his head to the side. "We are friends, Sam. You know that."
I chuckled. "No, I mean as in... like like. As in... more than friends. You get what I'm saying?" I doubted he did.
"You mean romantically?"
"Yeah, pretty much."
He blushed a little. "Um... I don't know what you are talking about, Sam."
I nodded. "Really? Well, that's a shame, really."
"Why is that?"
"Well, you know, what with Dean feeling that way about you. You know what, forget about it. Stupid question anyway. I'll get out of your hair."
I left the room and smiled. Objective one, complete.
I found Dean in the library and went for objective two. The more stubborn objective.
"Hey, Dean."
"Sammy."
"So... uh, question."
"Shoot."
"Do you... uh, well, do you... like Cas?"
He immediately paled. "What?"
I chuckled. "Yeah. I know. Y'know, just out of curiosity." And a burning desire to press your lips together myself.
"Why do you think I like Cas? Where's this coming from, Sam?"
I noted the fact that they both neither said yes or no.
"Well, I just... I was only asking since I happen to know that Cas feels that way toward you. But, hey, I was just curious. Don't worry about it." And I left, knowing that objective two was complete.
I stuck around, keeping nearby and making sure I was out of sight. Pretty soon, Cas entered the library.
"Hello, Dean." He greeted.
"Hey, Cas."
"Um, Dean," Cas began rather awkwardly. "I, um, I need to tell you something."
"Huh. I was gonna tell you something too. You go first."
I smiled and tried not to flip out.
"Dean... I, um... I like you, Dean. I like you a lot. There, I said it. I like you. I have finally managed to say it. I. Like. You."
I clapped my hand over my mouth so I wouldn't squeal.
"Oh. Well, Cas, I, uh... I like you too. I really do. I have for a long time, but I never told you because... I thought you didn't like me back. I feel like a friggin teenage girl."
I was bursting with nearly uncontrollable fangirlish energy, but I contained it, which took much effort.
"I felt the same way."
"What made you decide to get it out?"
"Well, I spoke with Sam earlier this evening, and... he told me you liked me."
Now I had a feeling this didn't bode well for me. They couldn't see me, right?
"Really? I talked to Sam, too. He said that you liked me."
I was a bit worried for my own well being at this point.
"Interesting. Do you think he-"
"He friggin set us up!"
I was tempted to run.
"It doesn't matter, Dean. All that matters is that we're here now, being honest about our feelings."
I agreed with Cas one hundred percent.
Dean sighed. "Yeah. I guess you have a point."
He does, Dean. He does.
"So... what now? We have told each other how we feel, so what is supposed to happen from there?"
KISSKISSKISSKISSKISSKISS.
"Oh, I don't know. Perhaps... this." And he took Cas by his navy blue tie, pressing their lips together.
I couldn't contain it anymore. I was jumping up and down yelling, "THE SHIP IS CANON!" at the top of my lungs, squealing like the fangirl I well and truly was.
"DAMMIT SAMMY!" Dean yelled.
"I DON'T CARE! THE SHIP HAS SAILED! YOU'RE FREAKING WELCOME!" And I ran for it.
(A/N: I'm BAAAaaaAAAACK! XD I know I took a little break, but I've been working on other stuff and everything. I've actually been doing role play with another user. It's been a wild ride.
Soooooo, yeeeeeaaaaah. Okay, here's the deal. Wtf, yo? And I realized that maybe it's not about reads, but the VOTES. The VOTES are what get you to the what's hot section.
I WANT INTO THE WHAT'S HOT SECTION. ARGGGHHH.

The controls rock and suck at the same time. I'm good at running and throwing though, so I think I'm covered.
If I were to change my username, I'd go with TheresNoWaySomeone, because if you got a notification saying, for example, I started following you, it would say TheresNoWaySomeone started following you.
Okay bye.
Peace Off My Mini Marshminions!)
