His angel awoke in his arms, stretching a bit and yawning.

"Dean?" He mumbled.

"Shh, go to sleep, baby." Dean whispered.

"No, I don't wanna. I wanna... stay up all night with you."

"Well I'm going to sleep here in a minute, so you should do the same."

Cas sighed. "But Deeeeaaaan!"

"Shh, just go back to sleep, Cassie. Go to sleep."

He rested his head on Dean's shoulder. "Dean, I am an ancient and celestial being made to serve heaven and God. In my true form, you would be incapable of withstanding the mere sight of me. I am one of the most powerful forces you have ever faced. And now..." He yawned and closed his eyes. "I feel sleepy."

Dean chuckled. "Oh yeah. Ancient and celestial alright. Even ancient and celestial beings need their beauty rest."

The only response he got was a barely audible snore. He smiled down at his ancient and celestial baby in a trench coat.

"There you go," He whispered. "Get some rest, my little sleepyhead angel."

He laid down on the bed with his precious little Cassie. He might've said he'd get some sleep, but he realized just how much of a liar he was. He couldn't sleep. Not just yet.

He had to watch over his little baby kitten face.

He'd just watch him, making sure all was well. He watched him dream. The adorable little sleeper.

He almost fell asleep a few times, but he convinced himself not to. He just had to watch over his baby. He needed to make sure he was safe. Safe and secure in the eldest Winchester's arms.

By around 6:30, Dean was still pretty awake. He was relentless in his attempt to stay awake. But it was difficult. Especially when Cas looked so peaceful and content as he slumbered, and it made Dean feel so... tired.

He was asleep for about a minute until he jerked awake, nearly waking Cas along with him. His angel began to stir until Dean soothed him.

"Shh. Sleep, angel. Just sleep." He combed his fingers through his angel's mess of hair until he relaxed into Dean's hold.

About an hour later, Dean fell asleep again until he was awoken by Cas's snoring. Or perhaps it was his own, he wasn't sure.

He looked down at his baby. "Still sleepin'?" He whispered. He smiled, kissing his angel's forehead.

And he couldn't last any longer. He finally gave up and fell asleep with his little baby angel in his arms.
