As soon as Don Jose approved the revised project details, the JACP search for the new and aspiring authors contest got immediately launch. Emily got positive comments from Franco. Thus, it pushes her to send her entry for the contest.

Three months after the launch, JAC received numerous entries and they are set to pick five entries, one for each category. One entry from the romance category caught the attention of Grace as well as the other member of the project team, including Gabriel.

"Itong si 'TheLostGirl', sigurado ba kayong hindi ito professional writer?" Grace asked the project team and Gabriel nodded as he also doubts on the author of the romance story entitled 'Bridesmaid forever'.

"Yan din ang iniisip ko eh," Gabriel said.

"Ang galing eh. I admire the consistency, common ang story pero you'll never stop reading, ibang klase ang atake," Grace said.

"I agree with you, Ms. Grace. On my chat with her, sabi nya college pa raw nya sinulat ang entry nya, she just edits it whenever she has time. So, technically it took years for her to polish that story," Hector, the assistant chief-editor uttered.

"Kaya naman pala pulido ang pagkakagawa, taon ang binilang para matapos ang story na ito," Gabriel commented. "Her story may be the most impressive among those submitted entries for romance category, but kung taon naman ang bibilangin before she could finish a story, malulugi tayo if we give her an exclusive contract. For all we know, ito pa lang ang story na nasulat nya," he further said.

"Nagsuggest ako sa kanya to try uploading her stories to any creative writing platform. And I think she started publishing her story sa wattpad," Hector said.

"Have you check on it?" Gabriel asked.

"I already followed her and hindi naman mahaba ang gap ng pag-update nya. Consistent ang update nya every weekend," Hector said.

"Perhaps she is working on weekdays and weekend lang sya free to update her story," Grace commented.

"Is her username name in wattpad the same as her pseudo name?" Gabriel asked.

"Pareho lang naman, Boss Gab," Hector replied.

"Interested ka ba kay TLG kaya mo tinatanong ang username nya sa wattpad?" Grace asked, joking.

"Who is TLG?" Gabriel asked.

"Sino ba ang pinag-uusapan natin eh di si 'TheLostGirl'," Grace replied. "Masyado kasing nega yung pseudo name nya kaya we use to address her as TLG," she explained.

"I plan to check on her work sa wattpad, but I don't know how I shall do it now that DBS needs to prepare for the annual stockholders meeting," Gabriel said.

"I'll just monitoring on her work in wattpad, Boss Gab," Hector volunteered.

"How about the four other authors, are we not going to check the authenticity of their work, too?" Grace asked.

"We will check the authenticity of those authors we shortlisted. Ayoko ng problema once we give those authors an exclusive contract," Gabriel uttered.

"Noted, Boss Gab, we will do the immediate checking before we finalize the winners," Grace said.

"Thank you, Grace," Gabriel said. "Is that all?" he asked.

"Yes, Boss Gab, pwede ka nang bumalik sa DBS to prepare for the annual stockholders meeting," Grace replied.

Gabriel immediately travels from JACP office to DBS office with 'TheLostGirl' in mind and he could not understand why his interest to this author is soaring high. It only started when he read her submitted entry and instantly became her admirer. But he wonders why she prefers the 'TheLostGirl' pseudo name, Grace was right, it somehow describes the author as a pessimistic one.
