It is an unusual night for Emily as she could not feel Riel's presence now. Usually, her favorite reader pops-up a 'Hello' message at around nine in the evening. It frustrates her a little bit as she is very excited to tell him the good news. She received an email from JACP congratulating her as her entry won in the romance category. And she confirmed it when an email for Don Jose pass through her from JACP informing the chairman who are the winners for JACP contest.

She recalls how happy the Chairman was when he read the message from JACP. The old man immediately called Franco to deliver the good news.

"I'm sorry, hija, inunahan kitang magsabi ng good news kay Franco. Sobrang na-excite kasi ako. I'm sure this will be another best seller," Don Jose said.

"It's all right, Mr. Chairman, no worries," Emily replied. "But honestly, Sir, I don't know how Boss Gab take it once he learned that I send an entry to JACP contest," she added.

"And that entry won," Don Jose uttered. "And do you worry?

"But we could not deny the possibility that he would find out the identity of 'TheLostGirl' author," Emily said.

"I don't understand why you worry that much, hija. Gabriel does not have time for stuff like that. Masyado syang busy sa DBS para pag-aksayahan pa nya ng panahon na alamin the identity of TheLostGirl," Don Jose said.

"I could not understand myself, too, Mr. Chairman.

"Then stop worrying about something that is far from happening," Don Jose uttered.

She came back to her senses when her phone suddenly ring and the call is from her mother. "Hello po, Nanay, kamusta po kayo?" she answered.

"Anak, congratulations!

"Congratulations, anak," she heard her father exclaimed.

"Salamat po, Tay," Emily replied.

"Pinagmamalaki talaga kita, anak.

"Aba, anong nakakahiya dun, anak?
