So I'm in my room with one of my best friends and he's non stop gushing about this new guy he likes. Then out of no where he asks "So do you have a crush on anyone?"😏 I stayed silent for a few seconds not expecting it, but soon my face went red just thinking about her. "OMG WHO?!" He exclaims excitedly. "Well her name is Marth Woertman..I found her on tiktok." I say shyly. "Omg DM her already!" He says trying to encourage me. "Well actually..I have a fan account for her..and she has replied a few times.." I say softly but loud enough for him to hear. "Omg so she knows who you are?" He questions. "Um yea.." I say blushing like crazy. "Why aren't you two dating yet then?!" He questions. I just stay silent not knowing what to say but then add "I don't know..maybe I'm just a fan or a friend I don't know.." I say looking down shy about it. "Well I'm just gonna go shower real quick I'll be right back." I say before leaving the room still quite flustered. When I was done with my shower I hear him typing away at his phone.

Convo between him and Marth before I walk in :

Him : Hey, I'm a friend of (fan account @) and I'm just wondering why you two aren't dating yet?

Marth : um...

Him : I mean she's such an amazing girl that treats people who so much kindness and she's cute and beautiful and I just don't understand why your not dating her yet?

Marth : if you think she's so amazing why aren't you dating her?

Him : Oh honey, I'm her gay best friend.

Marth : Ohhh..

I walk in and ask "Hey who ya texting? Is it you new crush?😏" "Nope, I'm actually texting with Marth on insta." He says simply. It takes me a few seconds to realise what he just said then I exclaim "..What? Why?" "Oh nothing just asking her why you two aren't dating yet." He says like it's no big deal. He presses the record button on his phone behind his back knowing I was gonna go on about something that would show Marth how amazing I was. "What?! No why would you do that? You can't just go out there and say that! She's a normal human being with her own life you can't just go on and harass her and tell her so aggressively to date me..besides why would she date me.." I say with all my heart but get softer towards the end having my much hope in ever dating Marth. "Oh honey, of course you have a chance. You just gotta shoot your shot." He says encouragingly as he secretly sends the audio recording. After a while I get a notification on my phone and to my surprise it was a DM from Marth.
