Jacket

Y/N POV
"Bye baby I'm off to work!" I call out from the front door before leaving even though I had already said bye. I was running a bit late because somehow Marth convinced me it was a good idea to stay in bed for longer.
Halfway through work I got a text from Marth that said "Baby! You forgot your jacket, want me to bring it over to you?" I then replied back "No it's ok I feel pretty warm today." "You sure?" Marth asks knowing me well. "Yea I'm sure. I'll be fineee." I text back then turn off my phone.

Marth POV
I went to the kitchen to get my daily coffee and saw Y/N's jacket still hanging there. 'She's so forgetful sometimes.' I think shaking my head. I quickly text her to ask if she wanted me to bring it over to her since her work isn't that far. Well no distance can ever be too far for me. She replied that she didn't need it though, I knew by the time she ended work it would be a lot later and colder, so without telling her I already decided that I would go to her workplace with an extra jacket and surprise her when she ends work.

Y/N POV
I had just finished work a little later than usual and it was already getting dark. I shiver as soon as I walk out of my office building, regretting rejecting Marth's offer to bring my jacket. I then hear someone quickly exiting the building behind me. And at first I'm thinking omg who is following me but my worry and fear disappears when I hear Marth's voice shouting "Baby wait." I stop and turn around "Baby! What are you doing here?!" "Came to surprise you and bring you a jacket knowing you will be cold." Marth says with the cutest smile. "Oh babyyy that's sooo sweet but you should have texted me so that I could at least tell you I had to work for longer." I say starting to feel bad that's she probably waited for quite a long time. "I would wait eternity for you baby!" Marth exclaimed so loud I'm sure people at the end of the street could hear her. I blush profusely then say "You still should have texted me though. I could have at least brought you some free hot cocoa from the office." I shiver a little and Marth noticed so she quickly shimmied out of hers and I look at her confused wondering why cause she has another hung on her arm. Marth noticed my face and says "What? Mines already warm and you look cute in that one anyway." I blush profusely and look at her lovingly, "I love you." Marth smiles and puts a arm around my shoulder and says "I love you too baby."
