Everybody Talks - Neon Trees

I was at a club and there was a very beautiful/ handsome girl that has been sneaking glances at me for a while now. Then the club started playing a song called Everybody Talks by Neon Trees. The crowd between me and this girl then parts so she could walk towards me. I raise an eyebrow in confusion thinking this looks like it could be a movie scene what is happening. The first line of the song starts and the girl walks towards me and sings "Hey Baby won't you look my way, I can be your new addiction. Hey baby, what you gotta say? All you're giving me is fiction. I'm a sorry sucker and this happens all the time. I find out that everybody talks, everybody talks, everybody talks." When she gets in front of me before she can continue singing the song I sing back "It started with a Whisper! And that's when I kissed her, then she made my lips hurt, I can hear the chit chat. Take me to your love shack mama's always gotta backtrack." Then we both in sync sings "When everybody talks, babe!" We sing along to the rest of the song together and when it ended everyone else in the club clapped. I jumped a little forgetting we were surrounded with people, because in that moment it felt like it was just me and this girl having fun. It felt amazing😌. The girl then goes near to my ear and says loud enough for me to hear "I'm Marthe, wanna get out of here?" Her voice sends a shiver down my spine. I nod excitedly. Before I could even tell her my name she smiles at me and pulls me to my feet and out of the club.
