Setting : Asgard

I'm a healer in Asgard. Today I decided to go to the markets for a much needed break. While on my walk a women almost ran into me but stopped just in time. She looked like a warrior, well at least she was dressed like one. I learned that her name is Marth but she didn't tell me much before running off again seemingly to be in a hurry. For the rest of my walk I found myself still thinking about her even though we had just only met. The next day I wondered if I would bump into her again if I went to the markets again but I didn't see her, I tried a few times more but didn't see her. Afraid she might have gotten into some trouble I decided to go down into the prisons to see if maybe she had ended up there. When I got to the prisons I walked from cell to cell, deeper and deeper into the prisons looking into every cell looking for her. As I got deeper into the prisons I hear someone getting beaten up, my pace quickens worried. As I got closer i see a bunch of guards in a cell beating up a prisoner. I gasp and as I got closer I recognise their target, it was Marth. "HEY STOP! LEAVE HER ALONE!" I shout at them. Most of them stop instantly other than one who stomped on her leg and the sound of it breaking echoed through the prisons which followed by a loud painful scream from Marth. I almost screamed but covered my mouth in time. I know I've only met Marth once but I already felt tears start to form in my eyes. Next thing I know the guards walk towards me and grab my arms, full of fear I try to pull away but to no avail. Two of them drag me towards Marth's cell and threw me in with no care for how I land. After they raise the barriers and leave laughing at what they had just done. Not even caring that they had just locked me in a prison I instantly get to Marth's side. Luckily I could still use my Magic in this cell, I quickly put my hands over her broken leg to heal it. My Magic could only go so far so I healed most of the bone but still needed to wrap it up so I tore part of my dress and tied it up. I noticed throughout that whole process Marth didn't protest or move so I looked up at her face and saw that she had passed out from all the pain. I almost started bawling my eyes out hating to see her in pain but knew she had more wounds I had to heal. I had to try to heal them as much as I can before she wakes up so she wouldn't have to feel too much pain. I quickly heal all her bruises and a few cuts. I then carefully carry her to her bed and set her down so she could rest more comfortably. I had bruises the shape of the guard's handprints from how hard they gripped me and dragged me and I had a few bruises from my fall when they threw me in but I had no more energy to heal them, maybe another day. I was tired from using all my magic so I decided to lay down and get some rest. When I woke up I was sore from sleeping on the floor, when events from yesterday played in my mind I realised what had happened was real. I shot up instantly and looked around and see Marth sitting up on her bed looking in my direction frowning. "Who are you?" She asked. "We met about a week ago in the markets. I'm Y/N." I say hopping she remembers. I then see the realisation in her eyes and mentally sigh a breath of relief. "Oh you..why are you here?" She then asks. "I was getting worried when I didn't see you again." I said softly getting shy. "Worried about me? We've only met once. And why would you be looking for me?" She asks with a very confused expression. "Well if you must know, you've been on my mind ever since we met." I say softly while a blush creeps onto my cheeks. I then see her lips twitch into a smirk which makes my cheeks get even redder. "Well I have thought of you a few times, I don't really get to do much in an empty cell like this." She says gesturing to her cell. We then chat for hours and hours not really caring anymore that we were actually locked in a cell because we were together. For another week while being stuck in this cell we just got to know each other and we quickly grew fond of each other. We both enjoyed each other's company and we shared pretty much everything with each other. What I didn't expect to happen today was for a mutual friend of mine to visit. "Y/N?" I stop mid sentence since I was talking to Marth and looked over and saw Thor. "Oh hey Thor!" I reply simply. "Y/N what are you doing in a cell?" He questions very confused knowing in his eye I've never done anything wrong. "Um well you see I met Marth here like 2 weeks ago and because I didn't see her for a week I was getting worried so I decided to come down here to the prisons to check if she's here and turned out she was but a bunch of guards were beating her up so I shouted at them to stop but then they threw me in here." I rambled and told him everything that happened. Thor thought for a few seconds processing everything I had just said then asks "So..you've been stuck down here for a week? And in two weeks you fell in love?" I nodded when he asked how long I've been in here but blushed with widened eyes when he mentioned love. Thor responded with a small smirk at how I reacted. "Have you tried to get out?" He asks which made me remember that the cell walls actually have magic in them that if you have learned from your mistake or have no bad intentions you would be able to just walk through it without harm but if you did still have bad intentions you would just get burned and you would still be stuck inside the cell. Thor had asked me if I had tried because he knew me to be a kind hearted person who did close to nothing wrong. I wouldn't say totally nothing wrong because if my own judgment didn't agree to a law I would rebel. I then decided to give it a try, and to my surprise I could go though with no harm. I then looked to Marth expecting her to follow me but she stayed seated. "At least try it." I encouragingly. As soon as even one fingertip touched the wall she pulled back in pain. I gasp, I then look over at Thor knowing he expects me to follow him out but instead I walk back into Marth's cell. Marth looks at me as if I'm insane and says "Y/N what are you doing? You can leave, your free." "No, I'm staying." I say simply. "No what if because you want to help a prisoner you get locked in here?" Marth says pointing to herself when she said prisoner. "The reason your stuck in here doesn't make sense either. What you did surely was against the law but you were fighting for what was right. And I don't care but I stand with you." I argue. I walk towards Marth taking her hand and healed the finger she burned from touching the cell wall. "Y/N you don't belong in a cell. Come with me we can talk to the All-Father (King) about your issue." Thor tried to reason with me. "You should go, your free. I'll be ok, I'll see you when I get out." Marth says trying to get me to go too. "I'm not leaving you. I don't care if I can, I won't leave. Your all I need, and besides I doubt I can get out now." I knew I probably wouldn't be able to get out now knowing I was thinking about kissing Marth and that would be against a law in Asgard knowing people would gossip about a girl having a relationship with another girl. Of course neither Marth or I cared but the higher up in court did. Oh and of course Thor didn't care he would just be happy seeing me fall in love. Just to prove my point I go up to the wall and touch it with a finger. And as I thought I get burned, I wince but heal it instantly. I smiled even though I was stuck in a cell now I was with the love of my life so I could care less where I was. Because all that mattered is if I was with her. Thor smiled at me knowing what I was thinking about and knew what he needed to do. "I'll do everything I can to get both of you out of here." Thor declared determined. Both Marth and I nod with a smile grateful for his blessing and help.
