A few days ago it was quite late at night and I had decided to go for a walk in the park. And when I was there I met Marth, and even though it was the first time I had met her we talked as if we had known each other for years. We agreed to meet there every night. Today was the third night I was going out to meet her, I was about to leave the house when I heard my doorbell. When I opened the door I was surprised to see Marth at my doorstep. Before I could question how she knew where I lived I could tell she looked really pale and then I noticed her side bleeding. "Omg your bleeding! Come in and I'll help you patch that up." I exclaim trying not to panic. "Oh no that's ok.." Marth says but I cut her short, "Your bleeding. Come in." I say sternly. She reluctantly came in, I led her upstairs to my room so she could rest on my bed while I go back down to get the first aid kit and some water for her. When I get back to the room I see Marth hunched over and groaning in pain. I rush to her side quickly putting the water and first aid kit on the floor. "What's wrong?!" I ask frantically. "Get away from me! I don't want to hurt you." Marth exclaims out of no where. "What? No! Your in pain, please tell me what's wrong!" I say firmly. I then see a few tears drop onto her lap and before I could say anything else or even wipe them away she looks up at me and I see her eyes are white and she has fangs. As much as I should be backing away in fear the one thing that stuck is the panic in her eyes. "Marth.." I gasp shocked but not scared of her. "I'm a monster! Please leave before I lose control!" Marth cry's out. "I'm not leaving!" I exclaim stubborn. For some reason seeing Marth in pain was more important than my own safety. Before anything else could be said Marth pins me down on the bed, I could tell she was struggling to control herself. I have heard a few things about vampires going around and but they were always just at the back of my mind, I was never sure which were true though. "Oh Marth, how long have you been starving yourself?" I ask looking into her tear filled eyes, some tears falling onto my face. "Do what you must. It's ok." I say reassuringly wishing I could wipe away her tears but was stuck pinned down. She lowers herself so that her mouth is at my neck ready to bite. All I hear before blacking out is Marth whispering "I'm sorry." While unconscious I though so this is how I die. But instead I wake up feeling groggy, a little cold but stronger? I stir awake and look over to the side of my bed to see Marth sitting there asleep and holding my hand. Marth senses my movement and wakes up, "I'm sorry..I just..I couldn't kill you." She says as if she's afraid of how I would react. I mentally filled out all the possibilities and the only one that made senses is if she had turned me into a vampire. I sit up abruptly and walk over to my mirror, my eyes..their white like Marth's and I have fangs. I stayed silent not knowing what to say but not angry at all. "I'm sorry." Marth says for the millionth time. I then walk over to her to see her eyes once again filed with tears, I rush to her and caress her cheeks with my hands and wipe away her tears and say "Hey hey hey, it's ok. I'm not mad." I say reassuringly. Marth gives me a shocked expression, not expecting such a positive reaction. In all honestly I wasn't mad I got turned into a vampire, sure it's scary but at least I wasn't dead.
