I was walking around texting a friend not really watching where I was going when I accidentally bumped into someone. I looked up from my phone to see this really tall woman and instantly I go to apologise. "Omg I'm so sorry I wasn't really paying attention to where I was going." She then turns around and instead of seeing an angry face I was met with a friendly face. "Oh that's ok. Really." She says rubbing the back of her neck nervously. The feeling of being intimidated instantly washed away when I heard her kind voice. And instead of just walking away and treating this situation as an accident I started up a conversation. "Hey I know this is random..but wanna hang out? I'm Y/N by the way." I ask genuinely interested to get to know her. "Um..sure. I'm Marth by the way." She says shyly. "Hmmm how about we get some ice cream then sit somewhere in this field in a shaded spot and talk? Also maybe share our favourite songs?" I ask. I noticed her eyes light up when I mentioned music so that made me even more excited to get to know her because I too get excited when sharing music. "Sure!" Marthe exclaims excitedly.
