*1stly- Even if this is a story, a person tales time to change. So I can't do that right in the next chapter she would start loving him. It takes time to change*

*2ndly- Her feelings would come soon but only after a big hurt for him*

*3rdly- He loves her. And I love them. Have some faith. After I feel that he is hurt too much, I will add a scene for them. An extra positive one*

Pov's POV:

Days were passing on quiet well but the growing closeness between Drishti and Neil was hurting Rakshit. Moreover because of her, he lost Alvina, his girl best friend. In a short span of time they became besties and within a minute, the friendship broke.

Vicky and Alvina stopped talking as Vicky would talk in the favor of Drishti that Alvina didn't like. For her Drishti was the one to hurt her best friend. For him Drishti was the one whom his childhood best friend loved to the core. He knew what she meant to him, the same way Alvina meant to him, but still not loving the same way and the same depth that Rakshit loved Drishti.

On the other hand Neil was spoiling Drishti same way that she was spoiled before. Clubbing, bunking the classes, pranking the students together and hanging out, was bringing them close.

"Hey Neil!" Drishti hugged him from behind when the basketball practice was going on.

"Hey babe! You here" He hugged her back. And well, this was hurting someone continuously.

There at a distance stood a smiling figure being consoled by his friend Vicky. But his smile was for some other reason. His smile was for her.

The returning glow on her face made him smile.
The thing that made her comfortable made him smile.
Her smile made him smile.

"I fear I will lose her Vicky. Sometimes I do fear" Rakshit expressed his fear.

"But I don't" Vicky placed a hand on his shoulder, smiled widely and left the place.

Rakshit was watching him run and catching up with other team members. He knew not why Vicky went away till a soft hand firmly went around his shoulder, patting it. A familiar feeling penetrated his heart ad the touch was hers.

"Rakshit!" Drishti whispered and he smiled looking at her coming to him. But the change in her expressions faded his smile away.

"Hey, what happened princess? Did anyone say anything to you? What happened?" He was about to cup her face but she glared him to stop.

"Meet me in the storeroom. Make sure not to be seen. Come soon. Please" She spoke and hastily left the place.

"Rake you coming for a shake during the rest time?" One of his teammate's shouted from behind.

"Um. No thanks. I have a little work. Will catch up before the practice starts again" He left for the storeroom as soon as he could. Running through the hallway and escaping every eye he surreptitiously entered the storeroom.

"Drishti, you here?" He whispered in the empty dark storeroom to find someone but no one showed up. "Princess? Drishti? You here?" He was about to return when from a corner of the room a black shadow peeped.

"Rakshit?" The person was Drishti who was making sure that he was alone. "You are alone? Did anyone see you?"

"No" He was about to speak further when she came out of the corner and directly his herself in his arms.

Her sudden action came as a blow of shock to him. She had never done that before. Her body shook slightly and her hold on him increased every passing second.
