(Lisa)

Around 9 in the evening, we laid down on the fort we made under the stars. The open attic's clear glass ceiling allowed us to see the night sky. The night is beautiful.

Jen laid her head on my stomach looking up at the stars.

"I haven't seen the stars so bright and clear..you can't see them like this in the city. The thick atmosphere won't allow us to see them clearly. They're beautiful" she said in admiration.

"They are. I don't get tired looking at them. They're full of mysteries. I can't imagine how infinite the universe is. I love looking at the moon too. Sometimes I even want to go there just to experience looking at the Earth from there" I told her laughing softly at the last part.

"If you're on the moon and I'm here on Earth, do you think we can still make our relationship work?" she asked out of nowhere.

I smiled and kissed her lips for one second, "Of course, I will always go back home to you. That's literally saying 'I love you to the moon and back'. How many people can actually live that saying? We'll be the first!" I answered and she giggled.

"You and your mind. That will be awesome. But I don't want you to leave my side knowing I can't reach you by plane. How out of this world can our love be?" she asked this time.

"That's a good pun. You're getting good at this" I said laughing.

"But baby, seriously, do you think it will be hard for us this time? I mean, we're officially together. Does this change anything?" she asked looking up at me.

I stared down at her and smiled, "Babe, honestly, I don't know yet. It's a very huge step for me. I know there's a lot at risk on both our sides, but I want to make you happy. This is want versus need. I don't know. What do you think we should do?" I sincerely asked her.

"I don't know either. But whatever you decided on, I will understand and support you. I just know that you will always want what's best for us. You always know what to do" she said looking back at the stars.

"We have to decide babe. It's not just me now, I have you. I want you to be part of everything, even the big decisions. What do you want? Regardless of the situation we are in. How do you want to do this?" I asked for her opinion.

She sighed and paused, "Of course, I want as normal relationship as possible. But you know I totally understand the situation. On my side though, I have no problem coming out to my parents, to the fans, to the world. I mean, my parents have to know about us sooner or later right? Or..is our relationship part of the classified info?" she asked concerned.

I laughed softly, "No babe. Of course, we can tell your family soon. We just have to decide when the right time is. If I have to be there or just tell them by yourself first. But once we tell them, it will change everything" I can't fight a sigh at the end.

She looked up at me again, "I guess we need time to figure this out. Let's just do the usual for now. I mean, testing the water first before deciding if we can actually put everything at risk. I don't want everyone to be in danger just because I want to shout out to the whole world that you're my girlfriend. I'm not much of a fan of clichés anyway" she said smiling.

"You're not? But you love my clichés" I argued.

"I do. You're the exception" she said giving me a cheeky smile.

"How did I get so lucky?" I said looking up at the stars.

"I know!" she said joking.

We laughed. Then she added, "It's funny, I should be the one asking that. Maybe we both are lucky. And I thank the stars..no..I thank the universe for bringing us together that one night we both can't forget. Although I have very limited memory of it" she said giggling in between.
