"Finally, you took your time. We're done with the planning and I already updated the others. How was the talk?" I asked when Jen stopped to get a bottle of aloe drink from the fridge.

"Oh, we're gone that long? Okay. Well good that you did a lot of productivity. And the talk went well" she answered drinking in between.

"That's good. We can have the last crunch for the night and go to rest. We'll update you two. Come on" I told her. Yeji already sat across Chae being awfully silent.

"Actually, can we talk upstairs, privately?" she asked me gently.

"Uhm..okay" I replied. "Chae, you can update Yeji about the plan. You know what to do. I'll run it with Jen" I told Chae and she gave me a thumbs up. Then I turned my attention to Yeji, "Yeji, you'll meet the few others tomorrow night, if you're up for it"

"Okay" she simply answered a bit distracted.

Jen and I went to our bedroom.

"This is not a booty call right? Because we really have to set our priorities for now babe" I told her playfully.

"No silly! I just need to talk to you about something" she said.

"Sure. What is it about?" I asked her.

"I did something earlier. I kissed Yeji. Just a peck though. Nothing sexual or more" and she just went straight to business.

I didn't even flinch at what she said, I know she will eventually tell me about it but I didn't know that it will be right away.

"And you're going to tell me the reason to it?" I said calmly.

"You're not even surprised or affected. Why?" she pouted.

"Because I saw you do it. I didn't stay longer though. It's hard enough for me to see a second that my girlfriend is locking lips with a person who's not me. I saw like a good 2 seconds of it" I told her.

Her eyebrows went up, "Oh. You saw it. I'm sorry you had to witness that. Can I explain now?" she said pouting.

I chuckled, pulling her towards me. "You little pouting mandu. I hate you for using that pout on me right now. I can't resist that and you know it. Evil mandu"

"I don't know if I'm the one who should be worried right now. You could've been at least jealous of what you saw..don't you think baby?" she said tapping my nose.

"I was jealous when I saw that. I wanted to go out there and yank you away from each other. But when I went back to the living room. I thought about you as a person. I realized, you must have good intentions, still. I trust you and your judgment that much. I was so sure that you'll tell me about it. And here we are" I told her.

"My heart wants to explode every time you say things like that. Thank you for seeing me like that. You're always the bigger person between us" she said. Then continued when I smiled for her to do the talking, "Yeji admitted about what she feels. We were right about it. She likes me. She's actually a nice person. More like a little sister to me. She's 20! Do you know that?" she asked suddenly.

"Yes babe, I know that. Go on, you're straying away from the main topic.." I told her giggling.

"Oh sorry. Okay, so I felt her genuine drive to make things right. You know how much guts and bravery it takes to do what she just did for that goal. I really, really appreciate her for doing that. She's putting her life in too much risk now. And I can't think of anything I can do to at least give something back. So I kissed her. It's cheesy but I told her that it's like a gift I can give her and the least I can do. I saw her eyes drifted down to my lips when we're facing each other. She immediately pulled away nervously. I felt bad for her being in that situation, she likes me but it's one way. So I came up with the idea. I asked her about what she just did, and also if she wanted to kiss me. She said yes after warning her that I don't want to be lied at. She wasn't fond of that idea though. She declined knowing that I have a girlfriend and she respects us both, a lot. She said she doesn't want to cause any trouble. I appreciated her more after what she said. So I told her that I'll do it if she can't. In that case, I'll be the one to face your wrath if ever. She still didn't think it's right and told me that she's okay and that I don't have to do it for her. But the stubbornness still won. I didn't give her the time to protest anymore. That's what you saw. I also told her how much I'm in love with you and all. Then I made a deal with her that we'll try to build the friendship road. I assured her that she can be herself around us, no judgments etcetera. You know how I advise people" she finished.
