It was later that night, and the group already headed over to the compound. I was now with Maggie and Carol, and we were watching from the shadows just behind the fence of the compound. It was quiet and we couldn't see anybody. Then we heard sirens go off, and then we knew that they must've been seen, and that the fight was happening.
None of us like the idea of our people in there, and we were all contemplating on what to do.
"I should be in there.." I thought to myself.
"They're in trouble. Stay here." Carol said and grabbed her rifle.
She began walking off, but we followed her.
"Hell no. We're going with you." I said.
"I said stay here." Carol said and faced us, and we all just stared at each other.
"No." Maggie said and tried to walk past her.
"Maggie." Carol said and grabbed her arm.
Maggie swung around and pulled her arm away.
"I have to." Maggie said.
I understood what she meant. We both had out husband's in there, and we wanted to be with them.
"No you don't." Carol said. "You don't have to."
"Yes, I do." Maggie argued, holding her ground.
"What the hell are you even doing here? What are both of you here for?" Carol asked, clearly frustrated with us.
"To help Carol." I spoke up and stood next to Maggie. "Our family is in there. We don't want to just stand around and not help them."
"What if they need our help? What else are we supposed to do?" Maggie said.
"You're supposed to be someone else." Carol raised her voice at her.
We just stared at her, and didn't back down. We then heard a moan, and a walker emerged from behind the trees. I sighed as I stretched my arm and walked over to kill it.
Carol then got in front of me, pushed me away, and killed the walker herself.
"Don't you ever put your hands on me again." I threatened and pointed at Carol.
Carol put her knife away and looked at both of us, and repeated herself. "You guys are staying here."
We just looked at her, then all of a sudden she pulled out her gun. We turned around to see what she was aiming at, when we saw a man come out with a gun.
Before I could draw my gun, Carol already shot the man. The man yelled in pain and fell on the ground. Maggie ran towards him, and I followed her.
"Damn it, let's go." Carol called out.
"Not until it's done." Maggie said and pulled out her pistol.
The guy was holding his arm where the bullet hit him, and he just looked at us.
"Stop!" A voice called out from the woods.
I turned around and aimed my gun at the voice, only to see a woman aiming a gun to Carol's head.
"Or she's dead." The woman said.
I just sighed in defeat and lowered my gun, then two more people showed up and held guns up to me and Maggie.
"Guns, knives, on the ground, right now." The strangers told us.
We slowly did, and they watched me as I detatched my blade from my prosthetic.
"Well, shit." The lady next to me scoffed, and she reeked of cigarette smoke.
"Murderous bitch." The girl next to Maggie commented.
"We're all murderous bitches, aren't we?" I said to her, tilting my head and showing no fear.
I tossed my blade onto the ground and she just looked at my prosthetic. We were now all disarmed and Carol was the last to drop her bag.
The leader then grabbed our stuff, and looked at the others.
"Tie 'em up. Cover 'em. Let's go." She ordered.
They pulled our hands behind our backs and tied them, and then placed sacks over our heads. Everything went dark and the air began to close in around me. I tried my best to remain calm and took slow quiet breaths.
"Anyone tries anything stupid, you all die." The leader threatened.

I could tell it was morning now because a little bit of light shined through the material of the sack. We have been standing still for hours and I had no idea where they took us. They then pulled the bags off of our heads and the instant amout of sunlight hurt my eyes. I looked around and saw that we were still at the compound, just hidden in a different spot.
I heard a man groan in pain, and saw the smoker lady patching up his arm. She was putting a tourniquet on to slow the bleeding, and he winced again in pain.
"You ain't doing it right. I can feel it." The man complained and looked at his arm. "It ain't stopping."
"I'm getting it tighter." She said. "Jesus, give me a second."
"Son of a bitch, you're cutting off my circulation." He kept complaining.
"Well sport, it's supposed to." She said sarcastically.
"Yeah, that's the whole point." I mentally scoffed in my head.
I just shook my head to myself and the other girl glared at me. We then heard a noise in the distance, and I knew what it was.
The engine of a motorcycle revved and it got closer to the compound. We all looked around and I instanly thought of Daryl.
We then saw the motorcycle skid across the field, and I knew it was his. I then saw Daryl, and he was tackling the man that had his bike. It looked like Rick and the rest of the group was there too.
"Thank God, they're all okay." I thought, relieved.
I then instantly got up to get a closer look when the lady pushed me down.
She then watched them and grunted. "Damn it, it's Premo. Give me the walkie." She said.
The man handed it to her and she spoke into it.
"Lower the gun prick." She said, talking to Rick.
Rick looked around shocked and instantly starting yelling at everyone to find their walkie talkie. I saw Daryl get off the guy, but not before punching him one more time and throwing him down.
"You, with the Colt Python. All of you lower your weapons right now." She ordered.
Rick didn't listen and finally found the radio on the man's belt.
"Come on out." Rick said over the radio. "Let's talk."
The leader then lowered the radio and looked at her people.
"How many?" The smoker asked.
"I counted eight." She said.
"Damn right." I thought.
"We can take them." The man said. "We've taken more."
"These people seem different." The leader said, and then spoke into the radio. "We're not coming out, but we will talk."
She then turned around and looked at us. "Names." She said and snapped at us.
I looked over at Maggie and Carol. Maggie was holding it together like me, but Carol was actually looking scared.
"I'm Maggie." She said. "That's Carol."
The lady looked at me and I already knew what to say. "I'm Kell."
I watched Daryl as I could see him grow more angry and suspicious about everything, and I just waited for this lady to say my name the way he does.
"We got a Carol, a Maggie, and a woman named Kell." The lady spoke. "I think that's something you want to talk about."
Daryl instantly got pissed off when she said my name, and he ran back over to the man. He fiercely picked him up and everyone started yelling, trying to get him to calm down.
"Man with the messy hair, put him down." The lady said, but no one cared.
"He'll only listen to me." I said. "Let me tell him."
She just stared at me, and then at her friend who was getting beat up. Maggie nodded and agreed with me.
"He will." Maggie said.
The leader sighed and held the walkie in front of me.
"Say anything stupid, you're dead, and so is he." She threatened.
I nodded and she clicked the button to speak.
"Daryl, put him down." I said calmly.
Daryl instantly dropped the guy, grabbed the radio from Rick, and aimed his gun at the man.
"Kell, where the hell are you?" He asked.
"I can't say, but if you want to see me again you gotta let him go." I said.
Daryl was still pissed and stood over the man, aiming his gun closer to his head. The leader slapped the back of my head and I winced at the pain.
"Daryl." I said again, and I got his attention. "He's not the problem anymore... Please, let him go."
I saw Daryl sigh and he backed away from the man. He gave the radio back to Rick, and started pacing back and forth. Glenn then grabbed the man and stood him up, and I saw that Maggie was watching his closely as well.
"We are going to work this out right now, and we will have our way." The leader spoke.
"We have one of yours." Rick said. "We'll trade."
"I'm listening." She said.
I watched as Rick looked around trying to find us, and he was frustrated that he couldn't.
"We want to talk to them. Make sure they're alright." Rick then said.
The lady and her people nodded and then they looked at us.
"Okay. I'll put you on. You say anything to give us away, we'll know." She said.
Carol went first and took a deep breath. "Rick, it's Carol. I'm fine but--" She began.
The leader then pushed Carol over and walked over to Maggie.
"Rick, it's Maggie. We're okay. We'll figure this o--" She said.
"Oh shut up." The leader cut her off and took the radio away.
"We--" The leader tried to say, but Daryl cut her off.
"What about Kell? Put her on." Daryl said.
"She already spoke. You got your proof." She said.
"Put her on the damn thing!" Daryl said.
The lady just shook her head, pulled the radio away from her mouth. She then looked at me and shook her head.
"I gave you your proof. Now let's talk." She said.
I saw Daryl toss the radio back to Rick, and clearly she got on his nerves.
"Alright, this is the deal. You let them go, have your guy back, and live." Rick said.
"Hmm, three for one. That's not much of a trade." She said.
"You don't have another choice, or you would've done something about it already." Rick said.
The lady stopped talking and thought about what to do.
"We got to get him back." The man said.
"Premo can take care of himself." The leader said.
"He can patch me up." He said, still holding his arm. "I need him thanks to that bitch." He then said and glared at Carol.
The lady just shook her head and looked at our group, not saying anything.
"You've lost your balls Paula. Should've just shot her so they can hear her die." The man said.
"If you would just shut up, I can solve this." She said.
"Just make the deal, or we go in." He said.
"She said shut up, so shut up." The smoker talked over him.
"I know you're talking it over." Rick's voice said. "It's a fair trade. You come out, we exchange, we all walk away."
"Some prick." The girl said. "He must think we're stupid."
"That's a good thing." The leader said.
"Do we have a deal?" Rick asked.
The leader then looked at her group, then at us, and nodded to herself.
"We'll get back to you." She said.
She then turned off the walkie talkie and the people pulled us up. They pulled out the sacks and the last thing I saw was Daryl throwing his bag in frustration.
No deal was made, I was still missing, and she definitely got on his nerves.
